Bring your family and enjoy this spacious condo with expansive fabulous views, whether relaxing, dining, or streaming your favorites on TV. Always freshly maintained, you can expect a stylish living room and beautiful bedrooms inspired by coastal style, beach decor, plus all the extras such as flat screen TVs. Fantastic oceanfront views from the nicely furnished 27 foot wide balcony.

You will appreciate the UPDATED kitchen with granite counter tops and full size black appliances. Enjoy cooking family style meals with all the essentials -- glassware, dishware, utensils, cookware, coffee makers. Plan a cookout on the outdoor community grills and have a beach picnic with the whole gang. The living room has a comfy sofa, occasional chair, and 2 recliners (New 2024). Enjoy the large flat screen TV for movie night. There is seating for 6 at the dining table plus 3 stools at the breakfast bar.

The main bedroom has a KING bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV and private bathroom remodeled separate, oversized shower with glass enclosure. Both of the other bedrooms, has 2 QUEEN beds, NEW MATTRESSES (2023), ceiling fans and flat screen TVs.

Crescent Shores is a resort style complex with indoor and outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, lazy river, kiddie pool, charcoal outdoor grills, outdoor showers and a fitness room. A 6-story FREE garage for covered parking. On site security is also provided. Beach access is just a short boardwalk over the dunes and you have arrived for fun in the sun! Beach umbrellas and chairs are available for rent directly in front of the condo on the beach. Other adventures are also available for purchase directly on the beach. Next door is Molly Darcyā€™s, an oceanfront pub with indoor and outdoor seating, sports bar and pool tables.

Minutes away, in the heart of Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach is the most popular destination, Barefoot Landing. Enjoy broadway-style live musical productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues and over 100 shops and restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the 26 acres of open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions and weekly summer outdoor concerts to go with the fireworks displays. great condo! was close to what we needed! great beach access and pool , as well as close to a few things like ice cream that we could walk to! rooms were kinda jam packed/ tight with furniture to get good locations for pack n play for the infant to sleep
