Zapata Penthouse boasts 5,500 sq ft of total living area, of which 4,330 sq ft is air-conditioned. This fine home features four spacious bedrooms and four and a half luxurious bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two queen-sized beds. All bedrooms have 55" smart TVs. Zapata Penthouse features a state-of-the-art BBQ, stone fireplace, and an airy living area that connects to a spacious terrace and a gourmet kitchen. The living room includes an 85" smart TV. Whole-house smartphone-controlled Sonos sound system.
