Main Level

- Two private bedrooms, each with a king bed and ensuite full bathrooms.

- One of the ensuite bathrooms is also accessible via the hallway.

- Full washer and dryer.

- Open-concept living area with expansive windows overlooking the treetops and pond.

- Living room with propane fireplace, large smart TV, and sleeper sofa.

- Full kitchen with island seating for 3 and bar seating for 4; includes cookware, utensils, and all basic cooking essentials.



Upstairs

- Lofted bedroom (no door) with two queen beds.

- Arcade game and half bathroom for convenience.



Exterior

- Expansive back deck with private views of the pond and forest.

- Extra-large hot tub, Blackstone grill, heated lamp, towel warmer, and outdoor dining table for 6.

- Private fire pit area with seating for 8, tucked away from the road for added seclusion (firewood not provided).

- Private pond access via a lighted gravel path. Pond is not for swimming or wading.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property with private parking for 4-5 vehicles. Cabin is accessed by 1 mile mostly flat, gravel road. 4x4 NOT required under normal conditions, but preferable in snowy/icy conditions. Self check in is anytime after 4 pm.

The Neighborhood:

This cabin is centrally located in the Shawnee Run neighborhood of the Red River Gorge, Kentucky. There are other cabins in this neighborhood, but the firepit, pond area, and view from the back deck are completely private with no other cabins in sight.



Getting Around:

Getting around Cozy Hollow is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring the Red River Gorge, you'll find ample free parking right at the cabin for 4-5 vehicles. The cabin is located off a mostly flat, gravel road, accessible by most vehicles. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Lexington's Blue Grass Airport (LEX), approximately a 1.5-hour drive away. Major transit hubs are not directly accessible, so a personal vehicle is the most convenient way to reach us and explore the area.



Other Things to Note:

Each cabin is unique to specific items they include, however, RRG Getaways supplies the listed items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests. A starter amount of the following: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like.



There is a standard drip coffee maker and keurig. We will supply a starter amount of k-cups and filters. Guests are asked to bring their own coffee grounds, sugar and creamer.

Cell service at the cabin is generally good depending on your provider. There is WiFi at the cabin.

There is a smart tv, guests must login to their own accounts to use apps.

4x4 is not required to access this cabin, but will be useful in snowy or icy conditions.

We do not provide or sell firewood. Bundles can be purchased at any local gas station.

A starter amount of toiletries (shampoo and body soap) are provided.

There is a blackstone grill, we will provide the propane.

This cabin does not allow pets. Any evidence of pets with result in a $200 pet violation fee.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the cabin.

There are two exterior cameras present at this cabin, one facing the main entrance and the other facing the parking area.
