Enjoy the ocean breezes and views while sitting on the balcony which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom–it's the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco as it boasts a convenient outdoor dining area and even seating for the entire group. Take advantage of the community pool to cool off and refresh yourself after spending the day strolling around Folly Beach.

With this condo, you'll be within walking distance (less than half a mile) to many of the best local restaurants you can find in downtown Folly Beach. If you don't feel like cooking and would like to treat your guests to delicious meals, visit The Crab Shack, Taco Boy, St. James Gate, Snapper Jacks, and more. The Folly Beach Fishing Pier also features a convenient, full-service restaurant with marvelous views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you're looking for some outdoor fun, visit the Folly Beach County Park, at the west end of the island, where you can find beach rentals of boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrellas during the summer. A short 11.6-mile drive will take you to historic downtown Charleston where you can enjoy shopping and fine dining.

Nice condo, well equipped and perfect location. Ate outside on the porch, counter to high for barstools. A small table inside would be so beneficial. We would definitely consider another visit. Thank you.

The property was nice size with great bedrooms and each having their own bathroom. Balcony was perfect for enjoying the view of the Atlantic. Walking distance to shops and all dining.

Wonderful to hear the surf

Could use a few maintenance touches. View was good. Supplies were scarce. Be sure and order anything you want as suggested to be delivered. Great 24/7 store that has literaly "everthing" a couple of block away. From cloths to food to liquor to hot food to go - fun shop. We rented for 4 people. Our friends got there first and management co would not give them the code. They had to hang out till we contacted the company. Could be handled differently. :(

Great place to stay at Folly Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Pavilion Watch #2E. The covered balcony has a view of the ocean just past The Tides hotel's parking lot. That said, it was a quick two-minute walk to the beach and to Center Street where most of the restaurants, bars and shops are. The bedrooms, bathrooms, washer/dryer, and kitchen were fully functional. The AC was great and kept the space well-conditioned. The online description of 2E was very accurate. We would stay here again on our next trip to Folly Beach.

Cozy and comfy condo

The condo had everything we were looking for during a quick getaway. It was super clean and the management was responsive when the AC went out and there was an easy walk down to the beach. Great view from the porch, too.

Needs some updates

This location was amazing and communication with Vacasa was so easy but I will say the condo needed some updates. We could not use most of the outside furniture Bc it was broken and the condo itself just needs an update. Overall it had everything we needed for a long weekend but had it been a week trip I don’t think that condo would have been a comfy fit for us.

Would stay again!

The property management were amazing to communicate with before and during the trip. We brought my infant(still crawling) when the vacuum didn’t work they delivered a brand new Shark vacuum in box within hours! They had the essentials and some basics throughout to get you started. Location was great with a pool and beach access.

Absolutely loved this condo! The view of the ocean was great and the location was perfect. We walked everywhere we went in town.

The property is in a good location. Ocean view with short walk to the beach. However, our feet were black the first evening we arrived from walking around inside! Also the air conditioner quit working the night we got there and did so the three nights we were there even after being "fixed" twice!

Stress Free Folly

Everything here made for a relaxing beach vacation. Walk across a not-too-busy one way street to the beach. Walk to all the stores and restaurants in town. Comfortable condo with great decor, scattered art, and of course the ocean view balcony. No dining table as mentioned by others, but we had no problem using the outdoor table or kitchen bar. Everything worked. No worries.

Check in disaster

upon check in we were told to download the vacasa app. We did so. However, no where I. Emails nor app did it have any information that we were to check in at the office on center Street. We arrived right at 4pm. We called vacasa with long wait times all for the lady on other end to basically tell us the code we were given (she made us try again) was wrong. She said she would send maintenance out to us but couldn't tell us how long that would be. We are now on the way home and still haven't seen or heard from maintenance. With a young family this was not cool. Thank goodness right at around 5pm the office on center st called us wanting to check in and see if we were on the island yet. We finally got to our room around 6pm. If she wouldn't have called who knows what would have happened! Next gnats! Gnats in kitchen and spare bedroom.throughout our stay were everywhere. No toilet paper nor paper towels in the condo at all.

This Condo was in a great location in downtown Folly. Condo was very nice however the living room furniture was not that comfortable. The condo also lacked extra blankets & beach towels. Other than that our stay was a nice one.

There was construction at the property and the pool and we were never notified of this. When you go on vacation you want to relax but we found it difficult with construction workers starting work at 8am even on a Saturday. VRBO did not notify us nor did the managing rental office. Our AC also broke during our visit but was quickly fixed. There weren’t any extra pillows or blankets in the unit. Beds were comfy.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pavilion Watch 2E fit our needs perfectly. We were close to the ocean and close to the fun of Folly. When we made it up to the condo, we found that it had not been flipped from the previous renters. We called the main office immediately and spoke with Maria. Maria was so kind, apologetic, and helpful. After the first cleaning lady they called canceled she gave us a second number to call just in case their back up crew didn't arrive. Maria went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! If it weren't for the rough start on the first night I would have given 5 stars, but with the exception of that the trip was great!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not clean when we arrived. The customer service representative at Avocet Properties promised to send someone back to clean again, but they didn't show up. After two days we contacted them again and asked for some cleaning supplies. They delivered a broom! The $124 cleaning fee is a joke and we feel like we got shafted! I would not recommend Avocet Properties. They made no attempt whatsoever to correct the situation with the state of cleanliness in the unit.
