The third bedroom (also on 2nd floor) includes a queen size bed. There is a crib located in the master bedroom walk in closet. Crib sheets are not provided. There is a baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. There is a propane gas grill located on the exterior ground level. The townhouse is equipped with a washer/dryer.
PARKING:
There is parking for 1-2 cars inside the garage. There are two open spaces for the whole neighborhood to the left of the garage. They are not assigned or designated and first come, first serve. There is also open parking at the entrance of the neighborhood alongside the garden. You may parallel park along the south side of Michigan Ave. Parking on the streets and sidewalks in Back Bay is not permitted as this impedes access to the units. More importantly this may impede emergency vehicles getting to a unit in an emergency. All Tires must be off the pavement.
There is no pool access at this townhouse.

-Reservations made within 30 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. All other reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property. The final payment being due 30 days prior to arrival.
-Sewee Properties Cancellation Policy is 30 days. You will receive a full refund minus the 5% reservation fee is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
