Gulf Coast Treasure

I've stayed in this building 4 times with my Fam.. Absolutely magnificent property.. Fantastic sunsets, super convenient.. All the amenities we needed, great customer support.. We were there for sea turtle nesting season, and many nests were laid by our beach access.. My Granddaughters were thrilled. We'll be back again..

Great place

The rental was very spacious and very clean. Balcony view of the ocean is great and the balcony is large. Pool is ok. The rental was very well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. We didn’t need to buy anything for the whole week. Even though we ate out every day the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to stay in and cook also. The location for the beach is great, the beach was never crowded at all.

Shower road in the second bath was so rusted it was repulsive to look at and made an awful sound when drawing the curtain Drain was not polished clean and covered in grime Water pressure was not strong enough for a decent shower Strange leafy residue left in tea kettle Thermostat cannot be changed above or below 72 degrees Not enough trash bags for the week Tv in the second bedroom would not work under any circumstances and did not come with instructions to operate remote No water pressure in the sink in the main bedroom bath On the positive side… Plenty of towels Comfy beds Working fans Nice kitchen area Beautiful view Tile flooring which is nice Plenty of closest space

Perfect Friends Get Away!

Easy check-in, beautiful clean ocean front condo with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels. We have stayed in this complex and condo 209 several times and have loved it each time!

the complex and specific condo were very nice. beautiful beach just steps from the condo. The only area for improvement is to replace the key locks to pool and beach with code locks. very inconvenient to carry key every time you exit or enter the areas.

Already rented for 2017!!

This was a wonderful, comfortable condo right on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The location was perfect, an easy drive from Tampa International and right in the heart of Indian Rocks' restaurant area. The kitchen was beautiful and functional and it was stocked with every utensil you could ask for. The A/C was plenty cold and the elevator worked perfectly. The bedrooms were comfortable and set away from the living area. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The weather was perfect and the heated pool was relaxing after a hard day on the golf course. We have already signed up for next April.

We'll be back!

This condo will definitely be our top pick on our next visit to Indian Rocks Beach! This home was very nice and very clean! Very comfortable bed, which is hard to find on vacation. We enjoyed the view of the sunset over the ocean and the surf fishing was so much fun! We brought our Road Bikes and there were bike lanes everywhere, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived the air conditioner wasn't working properly and was fixed by the time we came back from dinner! Very impressed and we will be back!

Great View and Great Location

This unit at Casa de Playa was a nice stay. Perfect for our 2 1/2 year old. We took advantage of the cookware for many meals and ventured out to eat at Keegan's, Slyce, Kooky Coconut and the Cantina. We checked out Calabasi island via kayak, went to Fort de Soto and of course watched our fair share of sunsets. Weather was perfect this time of year, as I am sure it always is. It was hard to trade the swimsuit back for work attire. The owner was easy to deal with and the property mgmt group check-in and check-out procedure was close by and quick.

Just what we needed

A very enjoyable stay with all the comforts of home but with a better view. The unit was clean, well stocked, and pleasantly decorated with a beach theme. The pool was warm and the beach was beautiful. Close to restaurants and the best ice cream on the beach (Kandy Kitchen). We would certainly return if the fates allow.

RELAX.....you've reached greatness!

This place was so relaxing for my husband & myself.... There is not a bad view ever. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The master bedroom was very comfortable....most of the time we shared the beach with very few people....we felt very much at home in this condo...we cannot wait to book our next trip with Renee. Spectacular!

This is the 3rd year staying on Indian Rocks with friends. Hands down, this is the best! It is beautifully decorated and so well equipped. I would surmise that the owners come to stay, as it was more like a home than a rental unit. Even beach towels were furnished. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed. To us, it is on the best part of the beach and so close to great restaurants, stores, etc. Being a corner unit, the view of the Gulf was impeccable. The unit and the entire complex is very clean. We will be back every year for sure!!

What a lovely condo. Everything that we needed is in this condo. It is very clean and well maintained. Just as soon as we opened the door on arrival we felt relaxed. The view is amazing sitting on the balcony or the sofa in the living room. The pool is always warm and the hot tub is relaxing. We had a minor problem with the cable and the owners quickly solved the problem. I like the way that we can walk to some of the areas best restaurants, also the beach trolley is great if you want to sightsee and don't want to drive. We have enjoyed our stay so much we will return to this condo, Renee is more than helpful to answer all questions. Thank you, Caroline

Return visitor...

This is a long overdue review and thank you to Renee for making her wonderful condo available for rent. My family has vacationed at Indian Rocks Beach for over 20 years. This community is a second home to us, but especially after we discovered this wonderful condo several years ago. We've lost track of how many years we've stayed at this particular property, but think this is will be our 4th (5th?) consecutive year for a two or three week stay. The location, quality of the property, size, and amenities make this a turn key vacation. The beach view is perfect, the beds are dreamy, the kitchen is excetionally well stocked and the beach is often ours alone. This is our definition of paradise. Can't wait to return. Be sure to take your bicycles.

What a view...great place!

We had a lovely week at this beautiful condo. It is clean, comfortable, plenty of linens and towels and fully stocked kitchen! The view of the Gulf from the large balcony is magnificent and the weather was perfect. Close to plenty of great restaurants...such as Keegan's, PJ's and Guppy's. All in all we had such a wonderful time in Indian Rocks Beach. We will be back soon...

Exceptional accommodation

My husband and I have been renting beachfront condos on Indian Rocks beach for over 10 years. This property is exceptional. We are quite picky, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This condo is very clean, spacious, with a comfortable pillow top king bed, large well stocked kitchen and a large corner balcony. The location is very convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. Trouble free check in - check out. We will definitely be returning.

A Fabulous Vacation

We have vacationed in the Indian Rocks Beach area for 20 years but this is our first time requiring accommodations for our little kitten. We found this property on the internet as a pet friendly rental and were impressed with the pictures on the site as well as the overall description of property. From our initial contact with the owner through the booking process with the management company we had a great feeling about this place. Upon arrival we were happy to discover that the place was everything they described  and far exceeded our expectations. The place is well maintained, clean, and very spacious. They had everything covered down to the littlest details such as an instructional page on how to operate the entertainment center. We immediately felt at home. We arrived late in the day and within a couple hours after settling in were able to sit on the large balcony and watch the spectacular sunset. There were many great restaurants in the area with Crabby Bill's a block away and Salt Rock Grille just down the road. We will be returning next year and will certainly be looking to stay here again.  I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation 2012

We had a great time at this condo this year! It was our first time here at Casa de Playa and the condo itself is very spacious and has all the comforts of home. With the large bedrooms and very comfortable beds and huge kitchen area, we never felt crowded! The pictures gave a very accurate description and there were extra amenities of games and movies that we enjoyed during Tropical Storm Debby! (My boys watched The Sandlot at least a dozen times and laughed each time as if it was their first!) The owner and management company were a pleasure to work with and quick to respond when a minor issue arose during our stay. The management arrived to fix it in a timely manner without disruption to our vacation! My reason for a 4 star: having to use the keys to go in and out of the pool area made it challenging with the kids! Whether something was forgotten or someone needed to go to the bathroom in the room, we needed to keep a GPS on the keys! We understand the need to keep non-guests out, just wish there was a better way! Overall fun, sun and relaxation was had by all and we would stay here again when we come back to Indian Rocks Beach!

Lovely Home away from Home

This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a very comfortable, very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished apartment in a smaller 12 unit building. It met all our expectations and it was accurately described in all aspects in the listing. A large airy living room overlooked the very clean, heated pool and the beautiful beach. The bedrooms were large and comfortable with nice beds. Telephone, TV/cable and the WiFi connections worked flawlessly. The kitchen was very large and well-equipped with modern appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 month stay here. The owner and the management company were pleasant and helpful in all our dealings. We will recommend it to others and would return ourselves.

First class accommodations with all the amenities, Beautiful view of the gulf and great for watching dolphins, para-sailers and sunsets. Great restaurants and shopping all close by.
