Great Stay

Excellent apartment in very good and safe condominium. Apartment clean and equipped with great structure for holidays. Owners always respond quickly and accurately. Highly Recommend.

Good

The place was nice. Need new chair for table. Was peeling off the chair and stuff everywhere in room , couch was very uncomfortable. But we made it work ,love the location, close to beach and stores you need are close by.

Mold Mold Mold

The smell of mold was very overwhelming. Found black mold in shower faucet handles and mold on curtain. Cleaning service came right out but the smell of mold was the worse I’ve ever experienced. Furniture was also flaking apart.

Wonderful quiet stay

The condo was clean and looked bright and cheerful. Our time there was peaceful and a great treat. I would recommend this place.

Reddington beach

Very dissatisfied. First there wasn’t enough parking and we had to find off site parking. Air fresheners were over bearing. We couldn’t sleep in apartment. Luckily we had relatives nearby and spent the entire time with them. A waste of hard earned $

This condo was the cherry on top of a beautiful beach weekend. Very clean and organized. Even when it rained, it was calming and cozy.

Relaxing vacay

Overall we really liked this property...it was in a great area...pool was great....bed was so comfortable......the bathtub was a bit dated looked dirty...layout was nice for what we needed...did not like the palmetto bug I found on the floor one night though....property was fairly close to Walmart and Publix....we will definitely come to this area again

Great spot and close to beach access

Nice place, neat and clean, it did have a musty odor but we opened the windows for a couple of hours and that seemed to help. Perfect for 2 people but I think 4 would be tight. We could have used a couple more towels we only had two and we stayed for 3 days. There were beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards. The pool was great. There 3 steps so if that’s an issue for you this might not be the best fit, but for us it was perfect

Quaint and cozy....perfect for two!

This is an older complex but location is nice and very close to beach. It is a nice residential area with a few restaurants you can walk to. The unit was very cute and appreciated the beach chairs! The pool was heated...almost too warm! Also, there were a few snowbirds there and everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Very nice accommodations and a short walk to the beach was a huge plus! Beach towels and chairs were also available for us to use.

Great Location! Pool was superb! Teeming property mngmt very prompt!

When we first arrived we had issues w kitchen faucet, then both TVs didn’t work, then front door lock wouldn’t work properly. Called property manager. After 24 hours they came and replaced all TVs, kitchen faucet, fixed door! Very satisfied! They are very responsive! Condo was very nice lots of amenities! Very safe! The residents are very friendly! Definitely would rent at Orleans again! Paid premium rate for January, as booked 4 weeks as compared to others at location… Overall had a great vacation!!😁

Great Location

Excellent location, very nicely furnished, pool was I nice retreat from red tide. We had issues with our TV in the bedroom that they sent a tech out to band-aid fixed; all in all we would return.

Overall, the property is lovely and as described. The location is perfect for walking to nearby restaurants, beach access, and other attractions. We liked the close proximity to Treasure Island and John’s Pass. There were; however, a couple of things that were not as described. There was no cooler available for use and there was not a remote for the bedroom TV. When I sent an email regarding both issues, I was told by a reservation representative that a cooler is not provided (not so according to the listing) and to look under beds and in other rooms for the remote as some guests move things around. The remote was no where to be found. We ended up purchasing a cooler to carry to the beach, but just be prepared to bring your own or purchase one once you are there. I would suggest adding room darkening curtains to all of the windows. The location is very well lit and the lights from outside brighten the rooms up quite a bit which can make it difficult to sleep. One additional note…this is a ground-floor unit and we did have a few nights where the upstairs neighbors were a bit loud. However, we would likely stay again just because of the access and convenience.

Amazing!!

I highly recommend this property! The location is great, very private & not crowded at all. Very short walk from the beach, basically right across the street! The hosts provided many helpful items such as beach chairs and a cart. We will definitely be coming back!

Great stay

We had a great stay! One of the tv's was broken but honestly we didn't need it. I just reported it post-stay so hopefully they will fix it. We didn't want to deal with it as we weren't in our room much. Place was clean, great location, would definitely rent here again.

Minutes from the beach

This property was very small, but very clean. We spent most of our time at the beach and exploring nearby areas, so we didn’t mind the close quarters. We traveled with our teenage son, so it was a little cramped, but doable. The outside of the condo could use some updating, but the inside is nicely decorated and feels like Florida. This condo is right across the street from the beach and there’s beach access just down the block. Perfect! We spent our time at the beach and did not use the pool. The property manager was very helpful. The cable TV went out the last 2 days of our stay and the property manager helped with what he could and was very apologetic (the issue was with the cable company not the property itself). We appreciated his helpfulness and concern. Nice accommodations for the price.
