The beautifully updated and fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. The large private balcony is a great spot to kick-back while you watch our famous Florida sunsets every night!! This condo is located in North Redington Beach and not far from restaurants, shops and other activities. Famous John's Pass on Madeira Beach is just a short drive or a couple Trolley Stops away. Free wireless internet included. Coin operated laundry conveniently located on floors 2, 4 and 6. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property with the exception of 2 designated outside smoking areas.

The Emerald Isle is a direct beachfront building on North Redington Beach. This building has 2 or 3 bedroom option condos, all which will have direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from their own private balcony.The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is only a 45 minute drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in a 2 hour drive. Condo was clean and well stocked. There was limited beach access as they were in the middle of a beach restoration project but the view from the balcony was amazing and once they were past our building you could go back to the beach. Beautiful location!

Decent overall, great location

Cant beat the beach location. The onsite pool was a convenient amenity. The only downsides were the flickering kitchen lighting and the dingy linens.

Loved it!!!

Beautiful view from balcony, close to everything, including great restaurants. Had a running toilet and fix response was awesome. Enjoyed everything!

The room was nice and the pictures are accurate. I was mostly upset about not receiving the email on entering the building and not being told the pool is closed. This clearly was due to storm damage and has not been useable for quite some time. This should have been noted on the site. I specifically looked up places with a pool on the beachside. I have had to call the emergency number when I arrived to even get into the building. Angie was very kind and helpful. I have yet to be contacted by the property management. Very disappointed that no one even reached out.

Friends beach trip

Property very clean and well stocked . Proximity to ocean and pool fabulous . Only drawback was limited keys for access to pool and beach which was difficult for 5 people. Locks were also difficult to use as some poss damaged from salt water and sand . Recommend a small stool for king size bed . I am old and short and could not get in and out ..lol

Loved this condo!

We rent a house or condo almost every year for a vacation in July. The location of this condo was perfect! Right on the beach, within walking distance to a convenience store and 0.5 miles from the Conch restaurant which we loved. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the parking for your guests or second car was problematic. The two spots for guests were always filled and street parking was also full. We had friends staying at a place in Treasure Island and when the tried to visit, the simply could not find parking.

Ocean view was great

We really enjoyed the location. The property was great. Sixth floor with the perfect view of the ocean and the sunsets. The kitchen area and family area were great. Bedrooms could use some updates but it was clean. The shower would get cold when the toilet flushed which was a little annoying. But as a whole the good far outweighed any inconvenience. When I contacted the the management company, they promptly returned my emails with a response. I would rent this place again.

Disappointing cleanliness of a beautiful location

The carpeting is absolutely disgusting in the master bedroom. The mattresses were worn out ten years ago. Minor repairs were reported and we were told maintenance was scheduled. We stayed a week, we saw no maintenance, nothing was repaired during our stay. The master shower is like a campsite shower stall, no joke! Be ready to live with 1 bath towel/hand towel and wash cloth per person for the week. The locks on the pool deck are no joke a hassle one didn’t work at all. You need the key to turn on 2 gates to get to the beach. Save yourself the frustration…stay elsewhere, we will next time.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good condo.Needs some help with patio door fix and master bedroom shower door fix otherwise in very good shape. Location is good but not allot of good restaurants near by only average Double tree has a above average tiki bar. Staff for the Condo on the other hand was rude and especially the cleaning people so be prepared Elevator broke causing us to use the stairs for one day Since I had just had open heart surgery that was very unfortunate that was the only time the staff was a little nice. but it did take a day to fix and that should be a consideration if you have health issues Overall your paying for the view 10 out of 10 for the view 3 out of ten for the staff 7 out of ten for condo.

Location! But…..

What a location! Better than we even imagined from the photos. The sunsets were amazing and only a short walk down the beach was Mangoes Tiki bar (at the Doubletree) for an evening cocktail in the sunshine. We rented bikes from Rad Bikes (great prices and service) and went for the beach cruisers that could go on the wet sand - great fun. We knew from the photos the bathrooms were going to be tired but in all honesty they were an even bigger disappointment than we imagined. Rusty plug holes, peeling wall paper, a little smelly…. Also in the family bathroom we couldn’t use the bath the first 3 days as the faucet needed a repair (due to it’s age). It was Easter weekend and the rental company did get it repaired on the Monday afternoon for us but it just indicates the need for new bathrooms. We loved the rest of the Condo including the huge balcony vs many other Condos you see. Enough supermarkets and food choices near by (Coastal Pizza great, Sweet Sage lovely) but we also ate in often as we couldn’t drag ourselves away from the late afternoon sun and sunsets on the beach! So it’s 2 stars for the bathrooms and 5 stars for the location and rest of the Condo. The owner should reno the bathrooms and charge a little more….it will payback.

Honest Review

I would agree with the positives and negatives that have been pointed out in previous reviews for this property. I have stayed at numerous condos between St. Pete and Clearwater and am very familiar with the area and properties. We had another family traveling with us on this trip that stayed a few floors down from our condo (same building) for another perspective. Positive: Great location, great beach area, very spacious condo, easy beach access, nice pool area. This condo is the top floor. There are 6 floors. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. This is a good option. Negative: Bathrooms need updating, master bed is terrible, all sliding doors need work, kitchen is light on drink ware/other items. The balcony must have been carpeted at some point and was removed. Just concrete now. I realized several other balconies were actually tiled or carpeted. Know that this is not a keypad or keycard property. Pretty much every adult will need to carry keys. You cannot access the pool or beach without a key, nor reenter without a key. Full disclosure, I locked myself out. I called the emergency number and someone did bring us keys in a reasonable about of time. There is a fee for that, but it was totally my fault. That has never happened to me in over 20 years! The other family staying a few floors down, had a much nicer interior and exterior than we did. IMO For me, the biggest issues were the master bed, then master shower. I would still give this condo 3.5 to 4 stars overall when comparing to other places I have stayed in the area. I would rate our friends condo 4.5 stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was a lovely place to stay The location and view are amazing. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is almost perfect, however there are some issues that could do with resolving. Both bathrooms are very very old and need updating. The shower screen in the main bathroom is dreadful!All the blinds in the lounge area are broken and need replacing. Renters should be aware that there is a safe in the apartment but you are denied a key to use it. We had an issue with the ice maker which was not resolved by the rental company during our stay. Unlike our previous stays here, bedding and towels are no longer changed and we had to wash our own during our extended stay.
