The Space:

There is ongoing construction at the community and in the area due to hurricane damages.



Enjoy a stunning beach and ocean view to the south and west from your private wraparound balcony. Beautiful sunsets await at this condo! The family-friendly interior will keep everyone comfortable between your trips to the beach and pool. The full kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, a dishwasher for easy cleanup, and a breakfast bar at the diner-style window so you can keep the conversation going while you cook. A private washer/dryer can take care of the swimsuits while you dine. If you have to finish up some remote work or schooling, there's a desk space with a ceiling fan all set up for you. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan as well, so you can customize your level of cool. In addition to a prime beach location and private access to the shore, guests can enjoy access to a shared (heated!) outdoor pool, outdoor shower, grill area, sharing library, and game room. Complex improvements include a beautifully redesigned landscape, updated pool and hot tub and recently upgraded condo for the guests to enjoy.

The beach is just steps away! When you've worked up an appetite, Salt Rock Grill, Original Pizza & Restaurant, Caddy's Indian Shores, Seabreeze Island Grill, and Wahoo's Waterside Pub and Patio are all within three-and-a-half miles of the condo. Golfers will appreciate being just under four miles from Largo Golf Course.

Poor appliances, one stove burner didn’t work. Dishwasher did not clean dishes well, and not even sure if it worked at all. We had to go out and buy our own laundry detergent bc the powder 2 packs they left were horrible and did not clean at all. Same as the dishwasher! Not enough trash bags for a week vacation. Main patio door was heavy and barely opened with full force. Beach access was great. Pool and new patio great. Unit definitely needs updated for the price paid.

The bathroom sink drain would push out sand. The stove had a burner not working. Otherwise it was good.

Big Disappointment

Much renovation going on in front of balcony and in the complex next door. So much construction noise! Hot tub not working for half our stay. One working elevator for a 10 story complex. Roaches found in condo. We received compensation of approximately 240 dollars. Not enough for a week that was ruined.

Nice but not so clean

Location was on point but it was not super clean. There was sand everywhere, even becore we went to the beach ourself. The sheets were super linty and made it feel not so great. Also we found previous tenants belongings that werent really.hidden, still plugged in so makes me think cleaning staff isnt very thorough. Location was great and view was outstanding.

Great condo! Amazing view.

I actually don't think the photos do this condo justice. It exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable. The building is in an amazing location, amazing views and pool/hot tub is fabulous. The view from the 3rd floor is so nice watching dolphins from the comfort of the condo. The weather was inconsistent and cooler than we hoped, and the pool was very well heated for the kids to enjoy daily! We left a watch behind and the owner went out of their way to mail it back to us. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week!

What set this condo apart was the corner location! It was close to the stairs, had extra windows that made the space look bigger and had a wrap around balcony. The views were gorgeous! The pool area was great and there were plenty of loungers when it was busy. Easy walk out to the beach made for a fantastic, relaxing week! I hope Sand Castle invests in the complex and updates the rec area inside. There’s currently air hockey, ping pong and foosball but they are probably from the 80s. Could be a fun area to hang out.

Great location but clean your own shower and wear a hat in 1 room

Nice property and great location. Management is responsive but doesn’t follow through. Shower was dirty and mold on parts. Cleaner comes but only spot cleans and leaves the bottle. I cleaned it myself 3 days later but they did refund my cleaning fee. Fan was stuck on in my daughter’sroom who ended up sleeping on the couch and with us because her head got too cold. I said he never came the next day and they said an electrician did come who replaced a remote battery in another bedroom. I said wrong room- fan is still on. So if u don’t need the bed in office and don’t mind cleaning your shower it’s a beautiful place..

Parking is very limited. Nice location. Big pool. Condo is older and a bit dated. Renting company very hard to reach, but when we did reach them, they were quick with our requests.

Perfect!

This property was perfect for my family. It was easy to check-in, the condo had all necessary essentials for cooking, it was clean, and most of all it was so close to the beach. We made wonderful family memories !

Great property, great location . The only issue is that the king bed needs replacing . I felt the springs some nights didn’t sleep very well. I would go back only if the mattress was replaced.

Fantastic location.

There are a lot of places to stay, but this one is almost unbeatable. Wide views of the palm trees in the foreground with the gulf right beyond. Fabulous sunsets and grounds. The pool was very clean and kept up nicely. The two king beds were just what we needed and the extra twin was perfect for the 3 year old. Overall, everything was clean, but the floors are a challenge. We needed a little newer broom and vacuum cleaner for sand. We will try to stay in this same unit again!

Great location, beautiful Gulf views!

We really enjoyed our time in Indian Shores. Accomodations were neat and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked for anyone who wants to cook for themselves. Ideal beachfront location wit h access to pool as well. Can't beat the sunset views from the large balcony. Highly recommend!

This condo worked very well for our family of 5. We liked having the stairs nearby to come and go and liked having a key pad entry instead of trying to keep up with cards or keys. The L shaped balcony was nice as it afforded shade at some place nearly all the time and gave views of the ocean and bay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The property manager responded quickly to any inquiries. We were being very cautious d/t concerns over the coronavirus but felt very safe there. The beach was not crowded while we visited in early august and the red tide had dissipated enough that we played in the ocean every day. Crews worked hard to keep the sand cleaned up. We would definitely consider renting this condo again in the future

Great Vacation Condo

This Condo was very clean and the view of the Gulf at Sunset was amazing. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO Details for this Condo. This is definitely a place worth staying at for your vacation.
