Amazing Getaway

The unit was just as pictured so no surprises. We are from Tampa and just wanted an uninterrupted week long stay at the beach and this fit the bill! The balcony facing the water was always a great sight to see. Lots of kitchen utensils, cups, bowls, and cooking supplies. And the rooms were pretty big and spacious!

Spacious, plenty of sleeping spaces, great ocean view and a VERY easy walk to lug your family onto the beach. Lots of things close by (restaurants and putt putt and craft beer). They had plenty of things there for babies/ toddlers (pack n play / booster seat for eating). Box fans in the closets. The only thing I wish there was, was rugs. It was Impossible to keep the bottom of our feet clean before climbing into bed and the sand / tile mix made it slippery for my toddler walking around. Easy check-in & checkout. Plenty of towels (which was amazing). The shopping carts by elevators were great for carrying groceries up to the room. The deck was a great size I loved the grass out there. Found a ton of great shells on the beach! Would stay here again!

Amazing Location - OK Place

Overall, we did have a nice time. The weather and proximity to the beach were perfect, the sunsets are spectacular, the beds are super comfortable (which is HUGE!), and communication with the host is second to none. The kitchen also had more than the usual basic cooking spices/oil/items than we typically see at rentals. There were things out of the hosts control/knowledge that were frustrating-especially since we specifically picked (& payed) for this condo because of the amenities. The washer/dryer was not working. The pool area was under construction and didnā€™t open until halfway through the 5th day. One of the 2 elevators in the complex was out until the 4th day. The down side: The condo is nice, but isnā€™t as updated and is a bit more ā€œlived inā€ than the pictures are showing. Just 2 examples: on the stove you canā€™t read any of the burner info (front/back or numbers) & the light to the balcony doesnā€™t work nor are there any blades to either of the two fans that arenā€™t there which was super disappointing (it gets HOT). There also was not beach gear as we are used to seeing when we rent a place. (We left 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & 4 boogie boards that we purchased.)

Great Property in Perfect Location

We had such a great time at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect with beautiful beach views and fabulous restaurants close by. Owner communication was wonderful and quick. Be aware there is some construction going on at the building at the current time so it got a little loud on the pool deck. We will definitely be back though!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at this beautiful beach property! Owner is amazing and responsive! Felt more like staying with family than a strangers condo. Definitely was the get away we needed. Great place to stay!

Perfect location with easy access to the pool and beach! Sitting on the balcony at sunset was the best. Primary bed was sooooooo comfortable. Great communication with the host! Weā€™ve been coming to this area for years, and this was one of our best vacations yet!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! The accommodations worked out well. There were many restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the ice cream shop with 140 flavors. We loved having a place right on the beach. The beach and gulf views were awesome!

Great Location on the gulf

My husband and I spent 2weeks with visitors coming in to stay with us during that time. (Two couples, one family and one friends came at separate times). The second bedroom and bathroom gave us the needed privacy and the living, dining and balcony had plenty of room to be comfortable with 4 adults being in the unit together. Convenient to the pool and beach, shopping and dining out options. The host was quick to answer questions and help us out with anything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

I like that it's all hard floor for allergy reasons. It's a great location with lots to do. The place is well stocked and clean. The hot tub is hot and the pool is heated.

We loved our experience. No handicap access to the beach which was an issue we worked through. Rented a beach wheelchair and found some nice owners 2-3 blocks away that let Larry access the beach from their building.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The owner also provided a listing of restaurants and such at the start which was helpful. Very peaceful and the balcony view is wonderful. Enjoyed our time greatly.

Perfect Beach Vacation

We really loved our stay here. The location is great, the views are perfect, and the condo is clean and comfortable. The keyless entry is so easy and convenient. They had plenty of beach accessories for use and we didn't have to buy a thing. The sliding door in the main bedroom was a lovely feature! And the ceiling fans on the patio made it comfortable to sit and watch the ocean. I can't wait to go back and will definitely check availability stay here again!
