Its a real stretch calling a 2nd floor walk up of a 2 story building the penthouse, The condo was convenient to college graduation, clean, very nice pool. Our experience would have been greatly enhanced if the following issues were addressed: The living room cable box in the living room dates back to the 90's and should be exchanged for a current model. It required a 20 min hard reboot every time we turned it on. The stools in the kitchen are sweve and seem about to fall apart, There are sugar ants coming from light switch in hall bathroom, 2 of the pillows in the master bathroom had nylon pillow protectors but no pillowcases (none in linen closet either), there were no pot holders and not a single box of tissuesaddaddressed.

Delightful gem

Clean comfortable corner unit in a very quiet apartment building. Complex pool and sauna were a delight as was the shared deck onto Tampa Bay. Walking biking right out the front door. House was well equipped and neat. Outdoor porch perfectly situated away from bedrooms. Best of all, just ten minutes to Fort De Soto, perhaps the most beautiful beach on the Gulf coast. Notes: Need a new/bigger beach umbrella and a cheese grater. Great time!

We're Locals in Need of a Short-term Stay

We live about a mile from this apartment and we needed a place to stay for about a week while we move out of the house. This apartment was perfect for us. The only criticism I have is that the living room TV is tiny. Otherwise, this was a comfortable place to stay.

2023 St Petersburg Stat

Condo overall was nicely decorated and comfortable. Howver the door code didnt work when first checked in and had to call to get new one. That one worked for few hours. When we left next day the code didnt work to get back in and had to call again to get key out of lockbox. The key worked for rest of stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. However was tight to put our suitcases had to open and close daily twice and put back in closets to be out of way. The place had great finishes and the kichen was spacious. Would stay again. Quiet and peaceful pool and oceanside dock. Nicely lanscaped and clean complex grounds.

Great Place to stay

Unit as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Ample kitchen utensils and dishes. A few beach and pool items. Peaceful balcony. Nice quiet community. Will definitely be back.

Condo was very spacious and well stocked with amenities for our stay. People in the complex were very friendly. Unit was clean when we arrived.

So so stay

The unit’s floors were dirty upon arrival. The light outside the front door was burnt out. I left a message with the manager one day but no action was taken. A few days later I called again but the manager’s mail box was full. At that point I gave up—we are on vacation after all. The on-demand hot water heater could only supply hot water to one faucet at a time. The upholstered furniture and appliances have seen better days.

Difficult beginning

The codes provided for entry into condo and codes for other entries on property were incorrect. When we called for help the customer service people blamed us. We were delayed being able to enter 2 hours. It wasn’t until we were able to talk to the property caretaker Ali that we got into the unit. Ali was great resolving a number of issues The problems turned out to be IT issues Thank goodness for Ali it would have been bad without her help. The condo itself was nice and well appointed. FYI. No laundry in the condo, coin laundry across the parking lot

We were in town visiting our daughter at a local college as well as few college visits for our youngest. Great location to everything and in a nice complex. We will definitely return on future visits. Thanks

Great condo

Property was clean and decor was nicely updated. There is not a water view but we love driving down to ft desoto beach or taking the boat out so that wasn’t a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again.

They had all the accessories including tennis ball and rackets. They also had beach accessories which we didn’t get to use but it’s good to have it. Overall me and my folks enjoy our stay and will definitely go back again. The cleaning fee was bit higher but I can manage that.

Great Florida stay

This was a very nice rental. Very clean. It looks just like the pictures online. It’s in a quieter spot of Florida. Not on a beach but minutes from North Beach at DeSoto park, which was a beautiful, white-sand beach and not over-crowded. The owners even supply a small cooler to take to the pool. The pool is bath-water warm and very clean and well-maintained. This condo is on the 3rd floor, easy access (no elevator) and ample parking. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay again!

Very pleased and comfortable with our condo!

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Terra Verde. Our condo was very comfortable and homey. The entire set up was located close to everything and had so much to offer. We had a great time!!

Nice property

Property was as advertised. Condo was very nice and clean, however the laundry room had a window unit that did NOT cool the room and the washer/dryer only accepts quarters. The change machine was in the clubhouse and the access code given to us was wrong. We finally saw someone that lives on the property that was able to help us. Unfortunately, we had no idea that red tide had occurred and we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor grills on the property because of the horrible smell and dead fish that were all around the deck on the bay. St. Pete beach wasn't too far away but be advised there are tolls to pay.

Great Unit - Poor TurnKey Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and well-furnished (plenty of kitchen supplies, beach supplies, etc.). It is in a quiet complex on Tierra Verde. It was cleaner than most rental condos we have stayed in. The unit itself was 5-star worthy but TurnKey's text-based customer service has a flaw that was ridiculously frustrating and ultimately made us leave the unit a day early due to Hurricane/Tropical Storm Elsa.My first experience with the text-based customer service went well. The WiFi was not working in the unit even after I did all the normal "tricks" to reset it. After texting the issue, TurnKey did send someone that day and the problem was resolved.Where the experience went downhill was when I sent a text about how to handle our departure. We were due to check out at 10AM when Hurricane Elsa was expected/predicted to be making landfall in the Tampa/St. Pete area. Full disclosure...the weather pundits were wrong, Elsa stayed well offshore as it passed Tampa, and there was very little foul weather impact in the area. I sent TurnKey customer service a text asking "can we somehow shelter in the condo association clubhouse until it is safe to travel to the airport" if the hurricane was hitting the island at our 10AM checkout time. I noted that the clubhouse had a keyed entry.Response: We can feel your sentiments about this. This is certainlynot how we wanted you to have to spend your vacation. We are sorry but it looks like the departure time for this reservation is set to 10 AM. I am not able to extend that at this time. We humbly ask for your kind understanding. Again, our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Anything else I can help you with today?"It seems obvious that the customer service must be based overseas and is not equipped to handle non-routine issues (like an impending hurricane).We opted to leave a day early and pay for a hotel room near the airport in Tampa to avoid a potential 30 mile drive in hu

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was cute, well appointed, and as advertised. However we found ants throughout the kitchen, living room, and balcony of the property. We raised the issue to Turnkey several times, and they said the message was "relayed to the home care team" but the ants were never taken care of. We found some bug spray under a sink and started spraying them ourselves, but never felt totally comfortable, knowing there were insects about - we didn't want to put bags on the floor... Had to keep all our food sealed in the fridge, etc.
