Good location but the house needs a serious update

When we arrived we noticed the pool was not nearly as big as the pictures made it look (clever photography) and was full lof leaves and debit so was unusable, I did try to arrange for someone to come over and that didnt happen untill the following afternoon, the pool was also very low on chlorine. The actual house was in a good location but does need a serious update, it was what I'd call 'tired' and not the cleanest. We will defiantly not be returning and would not recommend to friends and family, especially considering how expensive it was to stay there. Overall very disapointed.

Place needs serious work not a good value at this price.

When we arrived the pool was dirty. It was cleaned by the next morning. The kitchen sink had food in it form the last customer, (clearly had not been cleaned), The stove is ancient with the electrical coil burners, not a solid surface, and there was gunge on the edge of it. This had not been cleaned in months. The whole place is very outdated and smells a bit funky. Location wise; I wouldn't call it a beach house. It's not bad if you like walking in the heat schlepping beach gear. We took the car and the only parking was at the public beach 2 miles away. The pool temp was awesome for my liking but the "marcite" surface is so worn, it feels like pebbles meeting sandpaper. For the price I was not happy. The major pus was that they allowed dogs and my son wanted his dogs to come on the trip.

Awesome stay!

We had a great stay at this house! My husband loved fishing off the dock and we really enjoyed the pool with the waterfall and beautiful landscaping. The beach is close by and easy to bike to. The ocean water is so clear in this area! Great food nearby as well- we enjoyed PJ’s, Keegan’s, Tropical Ice Cream and Gulfside Pizza. We would stay here again!

Nice home on the canal

House is located in a nice neighborhood. Nice patio to sit out and enjoy, a dock for your boat and a pool. House was very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay here.

Great house on the water!

Great clean spacious house right on the intercoastal for fishing and even saw some dolphins! The house was clean and the rental company was always available.

My husband loved fishing off the dock and the dogs loved the fully fenced yard - really comfy couch for watching Netflix too!

Great spot for a family vacation!

We really loved that the property had a private dock and it was used by us constantly. We had 4 adults and 4 children and found it quite comfortable. For fisherman: 2 working rods and reels were left and some basic tackle. Also had a small landing net and 2 minnow buckets—FYI. Beach notes: rolling cooler, wagon, some beach chairs, 4 boogie boards, a few floaties and a life jacket. Also included were some movies, books and a few board games. Wal-Mart delivery was a game changer. We also loved that we had an in-house washer and dryer, so we got detergent to utilize those. Great place that we’d all love to come back to someday. Perfect vacation for groups that like to do a variety of activities.

A Nice Place

My three sisters and I went to Indian Rocks Beach for a get away. It was a very clean property and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood was quiet.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, walked everyday to the dog park and Kooky Coconut for coffee. Very nice pool and yard. We were able to watch the annual Indian Rocks Beach lighted boat parade from our private dock

Peaceful and Clean

The house was clean; communication with management was good and the view was great. We even had a "trash fairy" that came and took our trash and recycling out. Unnecessary, but nice. My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Great Vacation home

We had six people vacationing at the home three couples and everyone had a great time. Plenty of room near the beach and restaurants. We highly recommend this home.

Happy repeat visitors

The house layout, the pool and pier, and location are perfect for our group of eight, including three children and two 60+. New beds and sun benches were great additions this time around. Tree trimming for more garden sunlight and new furniture for the upper patio would be our only comments regarding the property. Getting the house ready for check-in on time has now failed twice in a row, but both times it was sorted quickly.

Property was ok, not great. Communications we're a joke

A few things you should expect: 1. Old, worn out couch 2. Worn out, rough sheets on master bed 3. Cold/lukewarm showers on main floor, master was hot 4. Pool is SOLAR heated, meaning cold unless it is hot outside 5. Old tech TV/DVD. Only access to Netflix was via an old Xbox 6. No condiments, ziplocs, plastic ware, Saran wrap or seasonings although maybe everything people leave gets tossed as per covid guidelines 7. Ran out of paper towels and trash bags. 8. Downstairs toilets don't flush very well, need to fidget with float to get tank to refill with water. 9. 4 Tan patio chairs are in good shape but two of the four blue/white chairs are broken. 2-3 zero gravity chairs out back but all are broken. 9. Vacasa Mgmt company is terrible. Asked a question and they answered but told me the place was not available even though I'd just gotten a confirmation. Multiple Vacasa agents checking the inbox and have no clue they are talking to the current renter. Asked if I needed anything but then ignored my questions. Positives: A. Great location, walking distance to beach and cafe with coffee, ice cream, tacos, Cubans, etc B. Well stocked "Beach Closet" with chairs, wagon, toys, coolers, tackle box, a few fishing rods (reels seized up from salt water) C. Good internet D. Clean E. Quiet / dead-end road with no traffic F. Includes beach towels, coffee maker G. Beds seemed good/fine H. Pool had noodles, floaties, etc

Perfect House

This is the second time we've rented this home as we love it so much. Our friends bring their boat to enjoy and we have the wonderful pool to enjoy after being out on the water.. We found the house immaculate upon our arrival and it has all the amenities to make our stay comfortable!

Awesome house and location

Indian Rocks Beach is our favorite location and this house rocks as far as location and spaciousness. Our family had a wonderful time. It would be a 5 star if certain property needs were met: 2-4 more dining room chairs are needed... the unit sleeps 8 but there were only 4 dining table chairs. The dock ladder had barnacles on it and was unusable so we had to cancel our kayak rental. Also the dock had some loose boards. With these fixes it would be a 5. Jodi and Angela were very receptive to our needs and accessible. We already booked for next year! Thank you for giving our family a wonderful vacation!

Our Short Get Away

This property is in a great location. Close to restaurants, Publix, Neighborhood Walmart. Inter-coastal so there is a nice fishing area. Larger property 3/2 has a rollaway bed in the hall closet. Kitchen area need pots & oven pans update. Backyard need attention to the big tree on the right & the Shrubbery. I would definitely add electronic blinds to the windows for privacy at night. Overall, nice property.
