The Space:

Slather on the sunscreen, slide on your flip-flops, and grab some beach gear for the short trek across the street to surf and sand. This second-floor 2BR/2BA St. Pete condo is also close to plenty of dining options including Shellā€™s Seafood, Sandraā€™s German, and La Casa Del Pane.



Park your car and leave the keys on the counter -- youā€™re within walking distance to quaint shops where you are sure to find the perfect souvenir and great beach gear. When the sun sets, check out the nearby nightlife.



The condo is part of the quiet Waves 20 complex offering total relaxation. Spend the afternoons around the pool, soaking up the sun with a good book in hand.



Pool maintenance will begin on December 15 or 16, 2025, with an expected completion date of December 20, 2025.



ABOUT THE CONDO



Relax and unwind in the chic living room, outfitted with a black leather couch, love seat, recliner, cube seating, and a coffee table perfect for board games. Watch a movie or your favorite shows on the 46ā€ flat-screen TV.



White cabinets in the kitchen are stocked with cooking essentials to make meal prep a snap. Coffee? Tea? The kitchen comes with a Keurig, coffeemaker, and kettle for your morning pick-me-up. At the kitchen bar, perch one of the three orange poseur stools for breakfast or a quick snack. The granite-topped dining table seats six on leather chairs.



With two bedrooms plus a Murphy bed, the condo sleeps six comfortably.



Trendy colors and furnishings decorate the master bedroom, which has a king bed and a 32ā€ flat-screen TV tucked behind the doors of an armoire. Get ready for the day in the en-suite master bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower and extra storage.



Guests can drift off to dreamland in the second bedroom with queen bed, a 32ā€ flat-screen TV, and ample storage space in two dressers and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom has a fully tiled tub/shower combination.



In the living room, the queen-size Murphy bed accommodates extra guests.



Other amenities include two designated parking spots, a beach cart and gear, a set of golf clubs, and a washer/dryer. The complex also has an additional coin-operated laundry facility.



THE LOCATION



Head out of the condo and in just a few steps youā€™ll have your toes in the sand of St. Pete beach. Cool down with something sweet from Twistee Treat or Mickiā€™s Ice Cream Shoppe, both a 4-minute walk away. Youā€™re also within walking distance to numerous restaurants offering everything from fast food to seafood to cross-cultural flavors. End the night with a cocktail or a pint at Jimmy Bā€™s Beach Bar or The Toasted Monkey, just a 5-minute walk down the road.

This condo was in a great location! We loved that it was a quiet setting. The pool is great! We appreciated having all of the necessary beach gear. The condo was clean and had all of the necessities. Would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was great and within walking distance to the public beach, which had all the facilities. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance. The only issue we had was we were told by the property manager there were no towels, beach chairs or a hair dryer on the premise. When we got there there were plenty of beach supplies, even a cooler. Also, there was an ironing board, but no iron.

My Brother-in-law and I stayed Thursday to Tuesday.Plenty of room , beds were great, good Kitchen well stocked with cookware, plates, silverware. Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice pool area, friendly guests.

Unit is exactly as pictured. Bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. The wagon and beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler) were such a huge help! We did have an issue with the dishes in cabinets and silverware being dirty. Management responded quickly and was much appreciated! The faucet in the kitchen has almost no water pressure which makes washing dishes difficult. The shower head in the master shower has also seen better days and needs replacing. The pool was heated the first day we were there and the pool furniture is comfortable and well kept. Be careful walking upstairs as the hand rails are NOT securely attached. This is no fault of the unit itself but an issue with the HOA. The parking for this unit is right next to the dumpster which makes getting in and out a bit difficult especially if there is a truck or large SUV parked in the space next to you. Overall a good deal if youā€™re trying to save money.

Everything you need!

Had everything you need. Pool was great, nice and warm. Room had all the dishes, ect that we needed. Washer and dryer were great. We have stayed there many times and will continue to do so. Beach and places to eat and drink all walk-able.

Beach Wedding Trip

We stayed #20 during trip to Florida for family member's beach wedding. Our unit was beautiful, Waves complex wonderful and great location. We felt right at home and will stay here again. Have stayed many places during beach vacations and this was one of the best we have experienced.

Great location and space

We had a good time staying at the Waves. The pool was perfect for the kids (and us). Itā€™s a short walk to the beach and many good restaurants. The 2nd bedroom bed was very creaky and not the most comfortable, but otherwise it was a nice place! Lots of beach gear provided, so that was a plus.
