Once you arrive at the beachside location, you will walk upstairs to your 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd Floor. Recently renovated, it performs as a very modern and well designed unit with a full kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a new king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stocked with everything you need to cook your vacation meals. Beach essentials include a beach buggy, umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels! Parking pass for 1 vehicle, high speed wifi and a large work station with 2 chairs in the second bedroom for remote working.

The condo is on the 2nd floor and there is No elevator in the building.

The open living and dining space is generous, comfortable, and made for relaxing — whether you`re watching the game, playing cards, or planning tomorrow`s beach day.

Pool & beach: The year-round heated pool is just steps from your door. When you`re ready for the sand, we`ve got you covered with a beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, and towels — just grab and go. High-speed WiFi, cable, and one parking pass are all included.

Please note* The HOA is currently refreshing the hallways with new paint and carpet, and repainting the building exterior. You may see workers and occasional brief detours in the halls — access to your condo is always maintained. Some daytime noise is possible. We appreciate your understanding! - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
