This property is on the Island of Venice which is considered the most desirable location in Venice.


Spacious 2,100 square feet ranch house with 2 bedrooms (sleeps four), 3 baths,
formal dining room, skylight kitchen, and gas grill. Floor to ceiling fireplace compliments large living space. Pool table is in the garage.

Includes WiFi, cable TV, and phone.

Oversize cabana/lanai, large 9 ft deep heated L shaped pool, bar/outside bathroom with shower. Across from median linear park with mature oaks and palm and banyan trees. One block from beach, two blocks from tennis courts and downtown. Library, theater, arts center, shopping, historical society, live music and many more activities within walking distance.

Nightly entertainment in beach pavilion and free daily yoga beach class one block from house. Interesting, quaint downtown 2 blocks away.

Great Stay

The property was very inviting. The outdoor area was beautiful, and the convenience to the beach was perfect. The home inside was just beautiful. I could not have asked for any better accommodations for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus vorgefunden. In der Küche stand uns alles was man benötigt zur Verfügung. Der Pool und die Lage sind ein Traum! Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Great pool

Good location, about a block from Venice beach and 2 blocks from downtown Venice / centennial park. Older home with cozy layout and the backyard has big pool with privacy and pool shower. The only downside was the mattresses- too soft for me. Would stay here again for a short trip.

Very nice home, loved the location close to the beach.

We loved this home. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The pool was exceptional. We can't wait to come back

Fantastic Pool Home in a Dream Location for a surprising Value!!

Wow what an incredible home for a great value!! My wife and I retired to Venice Island 3 years ago...When our oldest Son, his Wife, and 2 small children said they wanted to come for a week's visit, I went right to VRBO...When I saw this was right on W Venice Ave I was excited...We could take a right out of the house for one block and were right at the Venice Beach Pavilion! We got to share our love for the daily complimentary Yoga on the beach, and the free live music a few nights a week during this slow season...We got to get all the sun we wanted and watch the kids playing in the Gulf waters..A local sand sculptor came a couple of days and made a couple of incredible mermaids....Towards dinner time, we could go out the front door and take a left and walk through the unique park like mediun filled with historic Banyon trees 3 or so blocks to Historic Downtown Venice...There is a great park that offers a few basketball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts...We got to share our favorite "owner operated" high quality restaurants from the 8-10 to choose from...After dinner we would stop for a Gelato and then head to the interactive water fountain that was fantastic fun for both the kids running through and the older folks enjoying the show...Whenever the weather turned rainy we simply retreated to the paradise that is the back yard..A huge heated pool with part of the lanai area roofed over where you could still enjoy the day no matter the weather...It has a great kitchen with 2 ovens and all the spices you would ever need...We used the nice gas BBQ in the side yard a couple of nights...The Owners, Arnold and Donna leave their personal bikes for you to explore the 3-4 different beaches Venice has. We have a great time just riding around this interesting Island as the homes and landscaping here is as different as anyplace we have been...Bike enthusiasts can also enter the Legacy Bike Trail and ride to Sarasota and back...Other things I noticed as I shopped other houses available are : This is this couples home that they stay in during the peak months, not some run down "rental" that gives you the bare necessities...Also, with most "rentals" here, they up charge you for "booking fees" and exaggerated cleaning fees...If this great couple is offering their beautiful home for a time that works out for both of you, I recommend you book it...I am sure you will be glad you did!

The spaciousness, the light and open floor plan, and its large pool and cabana drew me to this property. Also, being able to walk across the street to enjoy the beautiful linear makes this the premier street on Venice Island.
