Perfect for families and multiple generations. Make yourself at home in our large (2,265 sq. ft.), well-appointed 4 bedroom/bath, 2nd row beachside retreat. It's just steps from a private, direct beach access. This townhome boasts 3 king beds, 1 bunk bed (double on bottom and twin on top), 1 queen bed, 1 sofa queen sleeper and a rolling twin bed. There are 4 full bathrooms featuring 3 showers, 1 bathtub with hair dryers. Guests like that the bedrooms are spacious, private and spread out over 3 floors. The large dining table has seating for 10 with an additional 4 on stools at the island. The living room offers and extra-long designer couch with a coordinated chair with seating for 6. One of the distinct features of this home is the over-sized master suite that also has a game table/dedicated workspace and a large second living space with another sofa and loveseat. This is great if you need a second place for kids to play or have another place to watch sports on the complimentary Spectrum Sports Live or great shows on the 65 inch Roku SmartTV. There is also a quality, rolling twin bed stored in the elevator entrance to the master suite that can be rolled to the living room on the elevator or to the king bedroom with a desk. Delight yourself with stunning views of the ocean through the kitchen or dining windows and all 3 back decks. Enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean on all 3 on the back decks. Each of the 5 decks (2 facing the sound and 3 facing the ocean) have just the right variety of patio furniture to enjoy with your company or get away for some peace and quiet (lounges, dining table and chairs, glider, tall Adirondack chairs, rockers and a bench). I'm originally from Texas, but moved to Pennsylvania in 1999 to be closer to my wife's family. Hosting has always been something I genuinely enjoy - from bringing family together for holidays, to inviting neighbors over and making them feel at home. That same spirit carries over into hosting Beachside Retreat, where I take pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable experience for every guest.
Our family has created so many wonderful memories at the beach over the years, and Beachside Retreat was designed with that same goal in mind - to give guests a place where they can relax, reconnect, and make memories of their own. I'm very hands-on as a host and care deeply about details, whether that's comfort, cleanliness, or making sure guests feel well taken care of both before and during their stay.
Family means everything to me. I'm blessed with great parents, a loving wife, two children, their spouses, and four grandchildren, and I understand how important it is to have a space that works well for families, couples, and groups alike. My hope is that every guest leaves feeling refreshed, welcomed, and already looking forward to their next visit.
