*THE GRAVEL DRIVEWAY PATH TO THE LAKE IS NOT USABLE. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LAUNCH ANY WATER/RECREATIONAL VEHICLES FROM THE PROPERTY LINE INTO THE LAKE. We closely monitor this with exterior cameras to ensure your safety and ours. Fines will be issued to anyone found trying to launch from the gravel path.


Norris Lake's water level is approximately 1,013 feet. This is roughly 7 feet below its full summer pool of 1,020 feet, largely due to ongoing dry conditions and low runoff throughout the region.You can track real-time elevation changes and historical trends on Lake Insights, view daily operations on the Tennessee Valley Authority page, or use the TVA Lake Info App for on-the-go updates.

Please Note: We do not control the levels of this lake as it is TVA controlled. We do not offer or issue refunds based on availability of usage of the dock. Upon booking this property, you understand that there will be no refund offered if the dock is not usable due to lake levels.
