The neighborhood is quiet. Sometimes I look out the window or sit on the porch with my cup of coffee, and watch the kids get on the school bus parents walking them to school. Oh to be a kid again! The lawn is green in the front and back. And I can see it clearly out of each bedroom room. Very serene. Step outside in the back yard and walk the .25 acre of pure green. Or invite friends and family over to play a game or two. Catch my neighbor in front of me, riding her John Deere lawn more and keeping her yard up to date. It’s nice and tasteful. Sit on the porch and watch the birds eat the food I’ve put out. The porch is large with covering and have nice chairs and a rug, plants, and pumpkins. The house is 5 minutes to the highway north or south.

There are two large rooms downstairs. A huge kitchen with new pots, pans, and utensils. There is a secret door in the dining room area that leads to 2 additional rooms, full bathroom and a hallway upstairs. The house has a total of 4 Bedrooms.
It is great for any one that wants to be inspired and just have some away time. The dining rooms seats 4 people but with additional chairs, it could possibly be 6 people.
The living room is large and open concept with a fireplace that has a vintage record player inside of it. 2 swivel chairs and one sofa with nice “feel good” pillows and an ottoman. TV for entertaining.
Washer and dryer, laundry detergent. Help yourself to anything that is left over in the house, including oatmeal.
