Upstairs, the loft-style studio is filled with abundant natural light streaming through numerous barn windows, bathing the open floor plan in a warm, inviting glow. The king bed, positioned to the left as you ascend the stairs, offers a cozy spot to take in the scenery. Built-in wooden bunk beds are thoughtfully tucked next to a private sauna, creating a retreat-like experience for guests of all ages. The sauna itself is spacious and inviting, featuring two levels of bench seating so you can stretch out and unwind in comfort. Large windows provide a peaceful view of the back patio and hot tub, adding to the serene atmosphere and allowing you to fully relax while soaking in the warmth.

Arriving at Reservoir Ridge, you’ll follow a stone driveway leading right up to the unit, with parking available just a few feet from the entry. An open yard awaits to the right of the entry, perfect for enjoying the outdoors, while a small fenced-in area provides added versatility. To the left of the driveway, a gentle stream adds to the tranquil, picturesque setting—inviting you to unwind from the moment you arrive.

The kitchen features all new appliances, a spacious island with breakfast bar seating for two, and a dining table for six—ideal for sharing meals after a day exploring the area. The living room invites you to unwind with a large smart TV, plush sofa, loveseat, and rocking chair. The bathroom, conveniently located between the kitchen and king bed area, features a tub/shower combo and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience.

After a day on the trails, relax in your private hot tub or rejuvenate in the sauna, all while enjoying the tranquil landscape that surrounds you. Sit near the river and enjoy the firepit.

With an open layout that provides separate sleeping areas without doors, Reservoir Ridge maintains a spacious yet cozy feel throughout. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventure or a peaceful retreat, this studio is the perfect home base for your Vermont getaway.

Please note: The driveway is shared with a home situated on the right as you turn off the main road. However, there is ample distance between the main house and the barn, ensuring you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy throughout your stay.
