Very well-equipped, cozy semi-detached house apartment for eight people in a quiet, child-friendly area a few kilometers from the village of Ruka.

The front door leads directly to the ski track and the ski bus stop is only 200 m away. The nearest shop, Alko and sledge rental shops are 900 m away. Ruka village is 3 km by car and 2 km on foot.

The apartment has a living room, dining area/kitchen, bathroom, sauna, toilet, and two separate bedrooms. Two separate toilets (one in the bathroom).

The larger bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed for the children, and the second bedroom has a double bed (two separate beds) and WiFi TV. Steep stairs to the living room loft. In the living room there is a convertible corner sofa bed that can sleep two people. The equipment also includes a 55" flat-screen TV and PlayStation. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can spend the evening sitting by the fondue pot or frying waffles! There is a travel cot for the youngest guest, as well as a high chair that can be attached to the table.

There are three parking spaces for cars and two heating sockets right in front of the cottage door.

The spacious terrace has two sun loungers, a dining set for four, and a charcoal grill.

The property is only rented to families, couples, and others looking for a peaceful holiday. Not for groups of people under 25 years of age. Use of the hot tub is prohibited.
