The bathroom is one of the most beautiful spaces you’ll find in a lower level suite… with an oversized shower and stunning tile work. This suite has its own secure entrance from the side of the main house. Please note that there are people (and three small dogs) living on the upper level, but no spaces are shared.

This is a lower-level suite in a newly built home. With high ceilings and oversized windows, natural light abounds; you’ll never feel like you’re in a lower suite! The bathroom has a stunning oversized shower with brushed gold fixtures. The cabinet below the sink in the bathroom includes holders and power outlets for flat iron or curling iron; perfect for getting ready for work! The kitchen is well-appointed with what you need to prepare a meal, and there is a stacking washer and dryer set for laundry as well.

You have your own private, secure entrance on the south side of the main house. A short carpeting staircase down and you’re in the suite!

We give you your privacy and space, but are local and close by for any assistance or issues!

Located in Victoria Park, a nice residential neighbourhood that surrounds Chinook Regional Hospital. A 4 min walk to the Hospital or a 5 min drive to Lethbridge College. Easy access to all parts of Downtown and South Side of Lethbridge!

Having a vehicle in this area is handy, but not required. Buses run along 10th Avenue and 20th Street South - both a short walk from the home.

Being a lower suite, there are people upstairs; great for security and an added sense of comfort! Please note that, while the folks upstairs don`t have kids, they do have 3 small, well-behaved dogs. You may hear the pitter-patter of their feet during feeding time or when they get the zoomies. If you need absolute silence, this may not be the place for you... BUT if you love having life in the house, welcome home!
