From the split-level entrance, a short staircase leads to the main living area. To the left, the bright living room offers a large sofa, an armchair, and a 50-inch Roku TV. The space is friendly and carefully decorated, combining natural textures and quality furniture.
The dining room, located at the rear, features a large solid wood table and a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for sharing a meal or extending the evening in complete simplicity. A patio door opens onto the covered terrace and the backyard, a green space bordered by mature hedges where you will find comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment outside.
On the right, the kitchen stands out for the quality of its materials and finishes. High-end cabinetry with wood-effect interiors, quartz and wood countertops, and a glossy ceramic backsplash create a space that's modern, functional, and inviting. Stainless steel appliances include a French-door refrigerator with a water and ice dispenser, a convection range, a quiet dishwasher, and a countertop microwave. To make your arrival easier, a basic inventory is provided: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, trash bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, oil, salt, pepper, and a few basic spices. For medium-term rentals, we operate according to a chain of kindness: each guest replaces what they use so that the next one finds the same level of comfort. These products are intended to help you out upon arrival and simplify your stay.
The cleaning fee only covers cleaning after your departure. You are responsible for keeping the house clean and in good condition during your stay. If you would like additional cleaning service, it can be offered upon request, subject to availability.
