• If maintenance is requested but a “Do Not Disturb” sign is left on, MGM charges a penalty:

– $175 for visits between 9:30 AM–4:30 PM

– $325 for visits between 4:31 PM–9:29 AM

(These fees are building-imposed and passed on to guests if applicable.)
