Perfectly situated between Big Sky Resort and the Gallatin River, you're just over a mile walk to all the shops, restaurants, and local conveniences the community has to offer.
This cozy retreat offers breathtaking views, heated floors, fully stocked kitchen, and dining for 12. Relax in the great room by the fire or step into your own private hot tub (coming by Xmas 2025). Designed with two large families in mind, you’ll find a heated 2-car garage and a spacious entryway to organize everyone’s gear. There are 2 intimate master bedrooms with direct mountain views and attached private bathrooms. 2 bunk-style bedrooms open up to a comfy little common area where the kids can escape to watch tv, play games, and recharge.

Bunk Bedroom 1: This charming little first floor guest rooms sleep up to 4 with a sturdy Full over Queen bunk bed.
Bunk Bedroom 2: This charming little first floor guest rooms sleep up to 3 with a sturdy Twin over Queen bunk bed. A pullout air mattress and pack & play are also available for your convenience.
Main Floor: Located one flight of stairs up from the ground floor entrance / driveway
Kitchen & Dining: With seating for 12, this fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals for the entire group.
Great Room: This comfortable gathering space with vaulted floor to ceiling windows offers soft and comfortable seating, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, and 65” Roku TV with surround sound and wireless speaker system.
Common Area: A nice secluded area for the kids just outside their bunk rooms with a 3 seat sofa, 55” Roku TV, and board games

2-Car Heated Garage: Spacious garage that fits most XL vehicles and roof racks to keep your gear safely loaded up and out of the elements. Heated floors melt away the snow and ensure a warm and dry start to every adventure.
Main Entrance/Entryway: Huge open area for big groups to conveniently hang, organize and store all your outdoor adventure gear.
Laundry: Keep everything clean and fresh with your own personal large capacity, high efficiency washer and dryer.
Owners Suite: This self- contained unit with private entrance is discreetly located one floor below the guest bedrooms and primary common areas.

Once the lifts stop spinning, if there's an apres ski culture in Big Sky you'll find it in Town Center. Through the golfcouse you're 1.3 miles from all the shops, restaurants, bars, music, and big events. But we're also just steps away from some nice hiking trails and down the street from the community park (pickleball, skating, basketball, and organized youth/adult sports like softball and soccer). We love that we can walk around the quiet streets of the neighborhood and it's also nice to be near the gallatin river for all those summer activities.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Views are incredible… with acres of undeveloped land behind us there is really nice privacy too. Being close to town and all the restaurants, bars, and events is awesome. We ski with big groups and designed this place for two big families. There are two master bedrooms for the parents (each with a private bath) and a spectacular great-room where the adults can unwind. On the other side of the house, there are two bunk rooms for all the kids to have their own space, including their own little family room. The heated floors are AMAZING and the hot tub overlooking the mountains is too good to be true. We also love that you can keep all the ski equipment on the car in the garage so we don't have to load/unload everyday - and there is a huge entryway with space for all of us to gear up and down together. Make it a 2025 build within in the most beautiful place on earth and it's a dream come true!
