Absolutely fantastic location, beachfront view, walking distance to activities. Extremely clean, organized, well maintained condo. Washer and dryer are available also. Host is always available for any question or concerns you may have. Will most definitely book this one again.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place had everything we needed and was super cute, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the beach—it was beautiful and not nearly as crowded as some other places can be. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

The condo was very comfortable. The entire family was immediately impressed with the layout and appearance. The host provided quality shampoo, soaps, and coffee available. If you are staying here, you will enjoy ample beach chairs, towels, and the beach canopy is easy to put up and take down. Wonderful stay!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and it would be difficult to find a better host than Brian. Communication was spot on and he did everything possible to assure a great experience for all. We came from Florida, Massachusetts and North Carolina for a family gathering. Every possible beach item was at hand including sunscreen and aloe lotion! The beach and sunsets were gorgeous! We were even lucky enough to see sea turtle hatchlings get their start. We will definitely return. Highly recommend to people of all ages!

One of the most well appointed properties we have ever stayed in. So many thoughtful touches to make sure guests have all they need to enjoy their stay. Unit was clean and well furnished. Host was welcoming, helpful and communicative. We have stayed many times along this beach and also within this building, you simply cannot beat the view and proximity to the water from this property.

The stay was amazing! Got to see dolphins every morning and it was just a few quick steps to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and everything you could need. I highly recommend staying here.

10/10 unit! We have stayed in Treasure Island for the past 5 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Super clean, had all the amenities and more. Everything you can think of was provided, from beach gear down to shampoo conditioner and body wash. There isn’t anything they didn’t stock this place with. The host went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure our stay was perfect. We will absolutely be back!

This is the place to stay! The unit is well stocked with everything you need for the beach, and all the comforts of home. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Our family had the best time here. We saw dolphins every morning and amazing sunsets in the evening, right from the balcony. Don't hesitate to book this unit! 10/10, would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach condo! The condo was extremely clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.One of the things we appreciated most was the large variety of beach accessories provided. Everything we could possibly need for a fun and relaxing beach day was readily available, which made our stay even more convenient.The pool is brand new, exceptionally clean, and a fantastic bonus for those times when we wanted a break from the beach. Speaking of the beach, the location couldn’t be better — the condo is situated right on the beach, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the beautiful views, ocean, and shoreline whenever we wanted.The host was also excellent with communication — responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from beginning to end. He was also able to provide us with confirmation on suggested restaurants and shopping areas.Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. Between the cleanliness, spacious accommodations, amazing beach access, wonderful amenities, and outstanding host, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

The condo was clean and stocked with any beach supplies you could ever need. Parking was convenient and the condo was in a safe area near several restaurants and shops. The view was perfect and this area of the beach was peaceful- not too packed with people. Overall a great stay!

This place was amazing. My wife loved that they had all the little things that people forget and everything were quality brands. The communication with the host was the best. We have stayed at a lot of places but this owner was on top of everything. Definitely would recommend to anyone that asks

Brian’s place and hospitality is one of the best our group has ever encountered! We can tell Brian truly loves hosting and caring for his guest. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You cannot beat the ocean view of this place! The cherry on top was how clean and beautifully decorated the place was. We appreciated all the small detail and loved all the art Brian and his team put in decorating the place. This is my third time in Treasure Island, and Brian’s place and hospitality blew it out the park that we won’t even consider other places next time we return.

The condo is right on the beach. Super clean with numerous extras such as water and snacks. The hosts are so sweet and ard available 24/7 if you need anything. We will be back and recommend this condo one million percent!

We had an amazing time at Sunset. The condo was very clean and the host was helpful if we had any questions. The view from the balcony was amazing, we saw dolphins almost everyday. The host provided beach chairs,umbrella’s,wagon and aloe for my family when they had sun burn, we live in Michigan. We also had a box of pastries waiting for us to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. We would definitely like to book this condo again.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location! Fully stocked with everything we needed! The hosts even stocked the fridge with our favorite beverages! Thank you! The only thing that could have made it perfection is a dishwasher! I would highly recommend staying here again!
