The space

This STUNNING three-story home is packed with unforgettable experiences and features 4 bedrooms and 7 total beds, perfect for families, groups, or anyone looking for a mix of luxury and play.

On the second floor, soak in panoramic river views from massive hurricane-rated windows that flood the space with sunlight. The heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen you’ll want to cook in (or just gather around)—complete with Thermador appliances, a gas stove, and a huge island that seats 8. Don’t miss the live-edge epoxy barn door from India, leading to a full butler’s pantry for all your snacks and supplies.

Off the kitchen, challenge your group to a round of pool while gazing out over the water, cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace, or just kick back and enjoy the sunshine pouring in. The primary suite is also on this level, offering plenty of privacy and a gorgeous spa like ensuite along with a huge walk in closet.

On the 3rd floor Kids will love their own custom bunk room with 4 beds total (2 twin bunks + 2 full bunks). Also on this floor is a full bathroom as well as another bedroom with a king bed. The rooms on this floor have beautiful custom frosted glass walls to provide privacy but also replicate the unique design throughout the rest of the home.

Guests have access to the entire home, pool, boat dock, kayaks, paddle boards and driveway!
Other things to note
We do not allow any smoking indoors at all. You may smoke outside, but please keep all doors and windows shut when doing so and ensure the smoke dissipates before entering back into the property. While smoking outside, ensure to properly discard of any and all cigarette butts etc.
