Welcome to The Stables On Baxter: a 140yr old converted horse livery & grocery store. The unit is fun with foosball, games, unique features and is only minutes from Nulu & Downtown! This unit is steps from Bardstown Rd/Baxter Ave. The shared courtyard offers our guests mini golf, grills, fire pits, abundant seating and an umbrellaed table.
⚠ Please Note: This home sits in a lively urban entertainment district. Activity, traffic and noise can continue into the evening and early morning. There is free street parking available around the building and neighborhood.

There is a table for four along with a foosball table. The couch is a sofa bed hiding a queen bed. The courtyard is large and open. There is abundant seating around our two gas fire pits and a putting green for those who want to take a swing. If that's not your thing, you can grill and chill sitting at the picnic table featuring a solar-powered umbrella.

This is a great find in a great neighborhood! Clean, just as described, had plenty of amenities, close to restaurants and a great value! Check-in and checkout were very easy and the host had excellent communication! I highly recommend and will likely be back!

Our stay at the Stables in Louisville, KY, offered a wonderful blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The location near Cave Hill and local shops was scenic and convenient, and staying in a beautifully renovated late-1800s fire station stable was exciting for history buffs in the family. Inside, the elevated ceilings and original brick walls kept the space remarkably quiet, insulating us from street or neighbor noise. It was the perfect setup for our family: The master bedroom was spacious and a large comfortable couch in the main room easily pulled out. My husband and son loved playing foosball. We enjoyed a variety of board and card games provided at the property. Additionally, the host's communication was consistently prompt and helpful throughout our visit.
