Packed with amenities (lake gear, games, baby supplies) this lake retreat is peaceful yet close to dining, shops, wineries, & trails.


Property has a reverse floor plan. You enter off the driveway into the top floor where the 3 bedrooms and one full bath are located. Downstairs you'll find the kitchen, dinning area (seating for 8), living room and additional full bathroom. Patio doors lead out from the lower level to a large patio with a table and chairs, a large yard and sandy-entrance lake.

The home is located on Archer/Bartholomew lake, an all-sports 80 acre-lake with a max depth of 56 feet, part of the Coldwater South Chain of Lakes.

The home is set on a large lot with ample room for yard games and relaxation.

Guest have full access to the home and outdoor space. Guests may dock their boat overnight but are responsible to any damages caused to the dock or owner's boat. Garage is not accessible to guests.

Other things to note:
Due to severe allergies of owners, NO smoking or vaping on the property, including outside on the driveway, patio, or yard is permitted. No pets permitted due to severe allergies of host.
