The Lily Pad is a newly constructed, 2,100 sq ft mountain retreat designed for modern comfort. With open-concept living space and 2,000 sq ft of usable outdoor space including porch, patio, balcony and decking, this home is perfect for adventure-seekers looking to recharge in style. Take in the crisp mountain air and stunning views from our expansive outdoor living area.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Bryce Resort, this home is your ultimate hub for year-round mountain fun and remote work. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring mountain trails, or simply soaking in the spectacular views, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

The Home:
Style, Comfort, and Modern Amenities. This modern, two-level single-family home is designed with your comfort in mind. The open-concept main level features a fully equipped, modern kitchen and a living area that opens onto a spacious 27’ wide upper deck - the perfect spot for your morning coffee with a view. With 3 private bedroom suites, expansive recreation room, two full baths and one half bath, there's plenty of room for everyone.

Sleep soundly in one of three thoughtfully designed suites:

The Master Suite:
A luxurious upper level suite with a king-sized bed and a new Sealy Postuerpedic mattress for personalized comfort. A standing desk is situated over a picture window with views of the mountains. A large closet is available for your clothes, gear, and luggage. Sliders open to a private balcony deck with adirondacks chairs and sitting area

Second Master Suite:
A cozy lower level suite with a queen-sized sleep number mattress. Separate sitting area, (2) large closets, and view of the mountains with walk-out access to the large stone patio and 30’ x 24’ private deck with outdoor shower, hot tub, and sitting and dinning area.

Third Master Suite:
Two twin beds that can be converted into a king, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for your group. A large closet. A view of the mountains with walk-out access to the large stone patio and 30' x 24' private deck with outdoor shower, hot tub, and sitting area.

Chef's Kitchen:
Create your inspired cuisine with all new Samsung stainless appliances. A fully appointed kitchen includes knife block/wood cutting board, blender, mixer, rice maker, 8 porcelain place settings , 10 causal dinnerware settings, mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking dishes/sheets, convection oven with integrated air fryer, food auto sensing microwave, large 31 cubic foot, 3-french door refrigerator/freezer with ice/water dispenser, drip /K-Cup coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, and new 20 piece Carote non-stick cookware set.

Living Room:

Enjoy sunrise on the front patio, 30’x10’ with your coffee and breakfast or create meals on the new 52” gas BBQ grill.

The rear upper deck leads down to a 30’ wide stamped concrete patio and expansive 30’x24’ deck extending into the sloping mountainside, giving you plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. The high lighted hot tub, is perfectly positioned to offer stunning mountain views. After a long day on the trails, refresh yourself in the unique, fully enclosed outdoor rainfall shower, built right next to the Lily Pad. Toast marshmallows on the newly built 15'x15' fire pit while taking in the stars.

Activity Shed:
For all your gear, there is a convenient 10'x12' shed available for guest use. Store your skis, snowboards, golf clubs, and bikes etc. safely / securely, so you can easily transition from one adventure to the next.
