Experience the tranquility of our Lakeview Cabin, offering stunning Bass Lake views and a private boat slip on a shared dock. Enjoy the convenience of a propane BBQ. This is a private apartment on the lower section of the home. It is completely private to you, no one else will be able to rent the home while you are there. You only have access to the apartment, not any other living spaces on the property. You will be able to access the hot tub and the deck on top of the apartment. Relax on the ample deck space, perfect for dining and soaking in the views. Enjoy the convenience of fast, reliable WiFi.

Pet Rules:
*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time
*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking.
* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit.
*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture.
*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found.
*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times
*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed

*Dock/Lake Access: The dock is located just outside of the Camp Wishon area by the main road. It`s private and only dock owners and renters may use it. It is the first dock on the right hand side. The slip is at the very end of the L shaped dock. You will get more specific information on how to get to the slip and how to access the dock after booking. More information can also be found in the information binder located inside the home.
Feel free to bring chairs and umbrellas and hangout on the dock. The boat slip is the very last one on the dock so you can jump off and play in the water. PLEASE note, the dock is near open water and the tide can get very rough. Please take the time to safely and securely tie up your boat. We are not responsible for damage in the event that your boat hits the dock.
*If you want to launch a boat you can do so at the public boat launch for free.
*Please do not try to open locked doors or wonder onto the neighbors property.
* Early checkin and Late check out must be arranged in advance and will come with a charge. The Housekeeping company pays their staff by the hour, whether they are cleaning or waiting for guests to leave. In general they charge a fee of $25 per hour to alter the check in or check out time. Ask about mid stay cleans for an extra fee.
*Day visitors are not allowed so every person on the property at any time must be on your reservation. Absolutely no parties!

We are local hosts and live about 30 minutes away in case of emergencies. We are always quick to respond to messages.

You will need a car to get around. If you are planning to go to Yosemite, you can look into the YARTS bus to avoid the issue of limited parking in Yosemite.

PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We do also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.

You will receive a fee request after booking to cover housekeeping expenses. The housekeeping company charges $50 for checkouts on any of these holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not alter our cancellation policy for instances of rain, snow, smoke from fires, illness or family crisis, failure to get national park reservations or closures to the national park. Please purchase your travel insurance accordingly.

After booking, you will be asked to agree to a rental agreement which restates the policies detailed in this listing.

Lost and Found: All lost and found items will be kept for up to 7 days. Shipping cost and staff time to mail it back will be charged to the guest. The minimum fee to ship an item starts at $50 and may increase depending on shipping cost.
*Quiet time is 10PM-8AM
*Parking for ONE vehicle included, any vehicle beyond one is $25 per night arranged in advance (based on availability), undisclosed vehicles are $50 per night for the duration of your stay.
*Rates based on double occupancy. Any guest not disclosed in advance of checkin will be charged at double the nightly guest charge(plus taxes, $93.66 per night) for the duration of your ENTIRE reservation.
*We charge for INFANTS, please ensure you have included them as `children` on your reservation, or you will receive a fee request after booking to correct the reservation
*No refunds for outages beyond hosts control, ex. WiFi, electric, water, etc
*Smoking anywhere on or in the property will incur a minimum $100 fee
*Please see pet rules if you intend to bring a pet, undisclosed pets will incur a charge of $500

A unique and cozy apartment close to the lake with amazing views. Seems to have been recently updated and was very clean and comfortable. Our elderly pups felt safe and comfortable on the property. As a person with mobility issues (I need an ankle replacement), the steps and steep incline to the bottom of the property was a challenge for me, but for the average person and my husband, it was no problem at all. We loved our stay and hope to return again after my recovery.
