Escape to paradise at this spacious RV lot in Sugarloaf Key, perfectly situated in the heart of the Lower Florida Keys. This pull-through lot measures 57' long x 22' wide and accommodates rigs of all sizes with 20, 30, and 50-amp full hookups, plus sewer and water connections for your convenience.
Spend your days soaking up the sun at the year-round swimming pool, which is heated during the winter months for comfortable swimming any time of year. Adventure seekers can rent kayaks and paddleboards to explore the resort's scenic 7-acre saltwater lake, surrounded by tropical landscapes and Keys breezes.
When it's time to unwind, head to The Oasis at Tiki, the resort's social hub featuring shaded seating areas perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Stop by the Airstream Bar & Snack Shack for a cocktail or light bite while enjoying live music or the big game under the stars—open Fridays and Saturdays from 4 pm to 9 pm.
Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended escape, this premium RV lot offers all the essentials and amenities for a memorable Keys camping experience—just a short drive from Key West, local marinas, and some of the best fishing and boating waters in Florida.
Nearby restaurants and bars include Square Grouper Bar & Grill & My New Joint to enjoy some exquisite meals and craft cocktails, Broil Steakhouse is well known for their amazing steaks and service, Boondocks Grille & Draft House is a fun, family friendly huge tiki bar and restaurant with miniature golf, Looe Key Bar has live music nightly and The Bent Prop you can dine on the water! Close by is Murray's Market and Winn-Dixie for your grocery needs. Renters must abide by all park rules and regulations including, but not limited to the following: One licensed transportation vehicle per unit is permitted except an automobile, pick-up truck, or van and self-propelled RV will be permitted on units where no violation of setback
limits or parking requirements will result. No vehicle or trailer may be parked in the street, except in an emergency. The transportation vehicle must be parked in the designated driveway constructed for the purpose. The transportation vehicle shall not be used for living, sleeping, or eating quarters. Bicycles, one golf cart, and one motorized cycle (i.e., motorcycle, moped, or scooter type vehicle) may all be located on each unit with the following restrictions: (1) The parking of trailers, motorcycles, or any excess vehicles off the designated driveway is prohibited, except for bicycles and a golf cart.(2) Only battery powered carts may be operated within Lazy Lakes RV Resort. All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) and all gas-powered golf carts are prohibited.
One non-transferable gate pass shall be issued to the renter upon filing the completed application with the park office, or gate security outside of office hours. Short-term overflow parking passes must be purchased for a vehicle over the one (1) vehicle issued the gate pass as available.
No guest or renter shall be permitted to store or park overnight any motor vehicle, trailer, boat, or equipment on a unit other than the specific unit to which their ownership or residency applies without first securing permission from Condominium Management or the owner or tenant of that unit. Renters must not exceed the maximum speed allowable in park as posted. Quiet hours are from 10p - 7A. No boat shall be used as a sleeping quarter on any site or any overflow area on the property. Non-Motorized Boats may by stored on an owner's site. Parking of Motorized boats/trailers anywhere on our property must be approved by General Manager first. Motorized boats/trailers cannot be parked on a site. All Motorized Boats must have a current registration.
Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Property Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. Immerse yourself in the laid-back charm of Sugarloaf Key and make the most of your vacation by securing this inviting RV Lot. The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records. The Rental Agreement is required to be signed within 24 hours from time of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
