This perfectly located townhouse is in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle and has two king suites each with private bath. It is only a two minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs.
There is off Street parking for 2 cars.
One of four identical, side by side, townhouses- each with the same top quality furnishing, and identical amenities (note- some minor details, such as rugs or chairs may vary).
Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and very high end bedding for a better than home experience.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a table for six and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. Work area with desk and ergonomic office chair are tucked into a corner of the oversized bedroom. The third floor has huge king bedroom with sitting area and a full private bath. The sitting area has a double sized sofa sleeper. The third floor bath has an oversized shower with shower heads on each end.

Each bedroom has a 50" smart TV, the living room has a larger smart television above the fireplace. Sign into your favorite app or enjoy spectrum cable. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping!

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.

The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and tacos are all right at your doorstep.



WE OFFER TWO CHECK IN OPTIONS:
1. Digital Self Check In-- Receive your digital door code by email the day before arrival. After letting yourself in the property, you must complete the Guest Arrival Form found on the coffee table. The form requires photo ID and credit card matching the booking name. Within one hour of arrival, you must transmit a digital image of the completed form to us either by text or email. Your information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.
2. Assisted Check In: Available from 330pm to 830pm, we will meet you in person at the property to check you in and collect the Guest Arrival form along with photo ID and credit card information in person.

FAQs:
1. At check in, photo ID and credit card matching the booking name are required. For digital self check in, these are submitted digitally by the guest after they let themselves into the townhouse. Information will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.

2. Why can't we have more than 8 guests total in the home for just a few hours?
The Louisville STR ordinance caps the total legal occupancy of short term rentals based on the total number of bedrooms. Violation can result in the removal of our STR license.

3. Our townhouses are located in a vibrant neighborhood with dozens of dining and entertainment options within a short walk. Weekend nights can be lively. Each bedroom has a white noise machine for use by guests.

4. Pets or additional guests added after booking may increase pricing. If you check the box "I am traveling with pets", 1 pet will be included with your booking and our pet fee of $75 for one pet will be in the "host fee". If you have a second pet, there is an additional $35 fee. No more than 2 pets are permitted. Pets cannot be left unattended in the townhouse unless crated.

5. Please inquire about stays more than one year in the future prior to booking. Instant Bookings made more than 365 days in advance may not be honored and the rate may be incorrect. Please note that our minimum nightly pricing for the Kentucky Derby weekend is $1495 per night with a 3 day minimum.
