Call owners, Sarah & Justin Finnerty - Welcome to our condo, officially named "The Lemon St Tempe Retreat"! Great WALKING access to the Valley Metro Light Rail, Orbit (a FREE service) Bus Stop and the several other city bus stops. ASU campus is only a 5 minute WALK away (0.4 miles)! Nearby Coffee Shop located 0.4 miles away. Five miles away is The Tempe Diablo Stadium, the Desert Botanical Garden or the Phoenix Zoo.

24 hour self check-in available to travelers.

Sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, full bath and walk in closet. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. All kitchen supplies, linens, pool towels, coffee maker, blow dryer provided. laptop friendly desk in living room with super-fast internet service available through Wifi. Two flat screen TVs with local cable channels & HBO. Two story condo with condo entrance located on second floor of complex (exterior stairway access only; No elevator). Please note, BOTH bedrooms and BOTH bathrooms are located up another set of stairs once inside the condo. All appliances provided (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range/oven, new front-loading washer and dryer). Sliding glass door off of living room opens to a large private (11 ft X 7 ft) balcony w/ patio furniture. Assigned parking with one designated covered parking spot. Community has picnic pavilion with BBQ area and community pool (not heated) only a short walk from your door.

All utilities including wifi access provided.

Perfect home base for our family trip

Tempe Stay

Communication was excellent and the host was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in/out process. Property was clean and seemed to have everything we needed. Just a short walk to the light rail and also had onsite parking. Would stay again.

Quiet, clean, and great location

The property location was perfect for our visit during the Desert Classic hockey games. Very clean rental with all the necessities included, plus within walking distance of Ziggy's coffee (our new favorite). Owners were responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight was cancelled. Highly recommend.

Great stay

This property came as advertised. Located in a good area with lots of different things and places to go. Anyone who wants to stay around the ASU campus area, this is an excellent place. I gave it a 5 in every category. Thank you!

This is a nice updated condo. The condo community is gated and the pool area is small but nice even though we did not use it. We can tell some of the other condos are with full time residences and not kept up but it was very quit and safe. This was the perfect place for us to be close to our daughters apartment when we come and visit. I can tell the owners go above and beyond to make it as nice as possible.

Arizona property search

My wife and I enjoyed a long weekend in the Phoenix region with friends looking at properties to buy as we plan for our respective retirements. The Lemon Condo was very clean as represented. It was a bit smaller than we expected but was well kept. The pillows could be a bit softer... but that may be a personal thing. Unfortunately the pools not heated. Too bad, that would have been great to enjoy at the end of a long day in the car and stomping around through the brush and cactus. Proximity to the Tempe River and the Fourpeaks Brewery were nice. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries. We'd stay again if in the area.

Family of 4

We found the condo to be perfect for our stay- purpose of ASU graduation. Condo was just as described; owner emailed specific details how to get in. Once inside, info regarding use of internet, tv, dishwasher, etc were all on table, including discount card for groceries. Condo was very comfortable and contemporary- adequate dishes, linens, and toiletries. The balcony was very quiet and secluded. The light rail is a 5 in walk and very convenient. Owner was totally pleasant and willing to answer all questions. We toured ASU, Jerome and the Grand Canyon. Local restaurants were all excellent- had pizza, Indian, Thai and 4 Peaks. Condo is nicely laid out with bedrooms on opposite ends. Both have their own bathroom as well as a walk in closet and tvs. What a wonderful find! We would highly recommend this to family and friends. Would love to return!! If so, next time we would try hiking some of the many trails in the area. Miss this place!

Simultaneous Perks of being on Vacation & Staying at Home!

As an online graduate student of ASU, I had the fortunate opportunity to fly out to Tempe with my husband and parents to attend the ceremony. We stayed in this GEM of a condo. I agree that the owners spared no expense. Everything is extremely organized, clean, and easily available. Most impressive aspects: -Location, location, location! -Transportation options: We walked everywhere and/or took the light rail. I miss being able to walk literally everywhere. We even walked all the way to Tempe Town Lake, Mill Ave District, hiked up the Tempe Butte ("A" Mountain), and walked to/around ASU's main campus. -Options: we were able to go to nearby supermarkets to cook and eat meals at home very easily -Restaurants: there are lots of excellent restaurants nearby -Quiet: The pool was dead but who doesn't like a private pool? We were the only ones using it. -Space: I liked that we had various areas within the condo to spread out and do our own activities like nap, read, make a snack, lay by the pool, or watch TV -The owners: very accommodating and will answer every last question you have I am sad that we left and would LOVE to live there all the time. What a fantastic vacation in a perfect spot under the Arizona sunshine.

Fabulous!

The condo was immaculately clean, roomy & comfortable! The area felt very safe and the community is gated..... We took a nice evening walk to the nearby cvs. We traveled with our teenage daughter & her teammate for a soccer event and the two bedrooms & baths were perfect for privacy between us and them. Thank.you for a great weekend!

This is a good property. Everything was clean and stocked. The bedrooms were nice. Like the gated entry. You are in one of the best spots in Tempe, so there is plenty to do. Overall, good property for the price.

Ideal location

We were not disappointed in this property. It was clean, updated in a safe secure location. Easy access for exploring the Phoenix area. We especially liked how the bedrooms were upstairs each with their own bathroom. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Great Tempe Stay

A friend and I stayed for a football game, and to hit local breweries. Close to ASU campus, and easy to walk everywhere. Check in was super easy, as was check out. Would definately stay there again.

ASU Visit

Perfect location for visiting ASU. Place was as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Communication with Justin and Sarah was excellent. Would definitely stay here again on our next return trip.

My husband, our children and I have lived in the Phoenix area for several years. I grew up and started my own family in a small Midwest farm town in Illinois. I have always had a great appreciation for the warmth of the desert climate, the beautiful mountains, lakes, sunsets and year round golfing this area provides, not to mention, the vast entertainment choices, incredible shopping and high-energy atmosphere available in the city. We entertain our out-of-state family & friends often in our home and enjoy exploring Arizona with them. We want you to love Arizona as much as we do!

This is a great central location to access all the wonderful activities the Phoenix area has to offer. Our condo is near The Mill Avenue District, Tempe Town Lake and ASU events. Great dining, beautiful golf courses and multiple forms of public transportation are easily accessible all around you.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We are a half mile from the ASU campus! My husband worked at ASU for over 13 years. I work as a RN at ASU presently. We have a daughter who is ASU graduate and we will have another son attend as a Freshman at ASU in the Fall of 2021. We know a lot about the current events happening on and around campus. We bought this condo with the idea that it would be an awesome location, and a safe and very comfortable living space for our own children in the future. Traveling over the years as a family of six, we put a lot of thought into the furnishings and little extras here so that everyone has an affordable and relaxing stay.
