The Southern Sanctuary: 4-bedroom home in Guilford Hills

The Southern Sanctuary is a ~1400 sq ft recently updated home located in Guilford Hills.

The home is complete with 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom and one accessory bedroom have king beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin XL beds.

There are two full baths. The en-suite bath, off the master bedroom, has a standing shower, while the hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are bath towels for guests to use and we have provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with plates, glassware, and silverware as well as pots and pans and cooking utensils. There are basic spices in the home to use if/when preparing meals. A Keurig with a fully stocked coffee bar is ready to make your morning coffee.

In the hall closet you can find an iron and ironing board. There is a vacuum cleaner, mop, and toilet plunger in the laundry area should they be needed.

Let us know if you are traveling with small children and require use of a Pack ’n Play or a high chair.

For stays longer than 28 days, please contact us directly should you want the house cleaned every two weeks or to have your sheets/towels laundered.
