Thanks for choosing to be our guest. I’m pleased to know you had a pleasant stay. I hate that you had a difficult time finding the toaster. The kitchen is very spacious but well organized so we know where things are stored. In addition, there is a bench in the living room that is perfect for adding more seating to the table. I am a local host and I’m available to make sure my guests have a great stay. I would have loved an opportunity to assist you as well.

This was THE perfect storm of unfortunate events. It has never happened before and I am working to make sure it does not happen again.. I am hiring a cohost who will take over the management of the house and make certain that guests have a great experience. I appreciate your feedback and I would have liked to have had an opportunity to address your concerns. The car break-ins are NOT normal events by any means but they can happen anywhere. I let you know I was very concerned about your experience and only want guests to have the very best experience. . When I answered your call, you said the police were already in the neighborhood going house to house checking on residences. We have an excellent police force that had already apprehended one of the suspects. They were very responsive as was I. You did not mention that they actually had found property that you’d lost. I would advise all guests not to leave valuables in their car no matter where you are because you just never know what people will do. It is best to keep your valuables in the house with you. I have been a host for over 6 years and always treat my guests with respect because that’s the way I like to be treated. I did not realize you thought I was yelling at you because I don’t yell at my guests. It was after check-out time when you reached out and II’d put my phone down after your checkout time. I called you back as soon as I got back to my phone. Overall, it was not a great stay for you and I can understand why you are unhappy. Please know that your experience was not typical.
