The Space:

Step inside the tastefully decorated and designed Keys Ocean Breeze Retreat and discover a spacious layout built for relaxation and enjoyment. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, featuring comfortable couch and chair seating, a large 65" flat-screen TV, and plenty of space to relax and unwind after an adventurous day! The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ( Keurig ), and crock pot, making meal preparation a breeze. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with wall side table, perfect for enjoying homemade meals. There is one bedroom and one bathroom located on the main floor. The bedroom has a large comfortable queen bed, desk for working space with computer monitor, 55" Tv and ample storage for clothing and accessories in the closet or dresser. The full bath has a vanity, toilet and walk in shower. Head upstairs and step outside onto the balcony to soak in the views and feel the cool oeanbreeze. A small wet bar kitchen and table are located upstairs for easy access to refreshments while enjoying the outside patio. Washer and driver located in unit are found inside the closet upstairs. Down the hall is the second bedroom with large, comfortable king bed, desk working space with computer monitor, 55" TV and ample storage for clothing and accessories. Outside on the community property there is a communal pool which provides a refreshing escape and the BBQ grill and large industrial ice machine are available for your use! On site carport parking is available beneath the home.



Guest Access:

Guests at Keys Ocean Breeze Retreat will have exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring privacy and a comfortable stay. This includes a private entrance, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, the inviting living area, and two bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. Step outside to enjoy the communal areas and make use of the BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Guests are also welcome to use the communal pool for a refreshing swim.
