Very nice, easy place to stay. Quite a bit of room for a small place, very well stocked kitchen and a large washer and dryer. Most importantly you get 1 parking spot that, on a busy day in Bar Harbor is worth its weight in gold. The location is ideal, you can walk to dozens of restaurants and 4 times as many shops.

Excellent location. Close to Park busses, grocery store and downtown Bar Harbor. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked so we could make some meals there. Plenty of linens.

The best thing about the property was the location. Everything in town was walkable in minutes; we never took our car to go anywhere in town. The house itself was also excellent. It had everything that we needed to have a wonderful family vacation. I appreciated the cleanliness from the moment we walked through the door and how all the basic supplies were included. It made packing a lot easier not having to worry about bringing basic supplies.

Clean, quiet, comfortable townhome in a very convenient location. Nice well-appointed kitchen. Townhome was only a couple of blocks to walk to the Main Street area and town square, and it was only a short drive to Acadia National Park. Really enjoyed our stay. Check-out tasks were more extensive than we usually encounter so need to allow some extra time on the day of departure.

Back porch and front porch unfurnished.Bathroom shower and sink area could use a bit of work. Kitchen is starting to age.

We had a wonderful stay earlier this month at this home in Bar Harbor. It is, indeed, right in the heart of Bar Harbor, but tucked behind another row of buildings so it’s still very quiet. We LOVED being so close to the town! We walked to dinner every night, and walked to the grocery store for a thing or two most days as well. Most of the restaurants are a 2-5 minute walk in one direction…the grocery store a two minute walk in the other direction. So convenient! The host provided helpful information booklets with park information house information and restaurant recommendations and we used it extensively. The house was comfortable and had all we needed without any issues. The master bedroom is right off the kitchen and the other two bedrooms are upstairs, which may be relevant if you’re bringing little kids. We found the King sized bed to be very firm, and the queen sized bed upstairs to be much softer. We’re soft bed people, so we moved up. We appreciated the nice heat/AC units in all the bedrooms and den. They worked very effectively! The kitchen was fine - I didn’t cook much, but it seemed to have what we needed. I always appreciate when VRBOs have ziplock bags, foil, sugar, a small selection of tea and maybe enough coffee for one morning, but this place didn’t have those little touches, so bring what you need or plan to buy it. Laundry detergent was available. All in all, we were so glad to have stayed there and would recommend!

Great location; short walk to shops and restaurants. Also, very easy to travel to Acadia National Park with its beautiful roads and vistas. The arrival process at the VRBO was very easy! Clean and charming accommodations.

Location location location! Our location was excellent! It has 3 bedrooms nicely sized. Full updated kitchen. The carpet upstairs is not the greatest. Probably needs to be changed to some sort of laminate. For better cleanliness. Parking was perfect outside the front door. And basically 15 minutes from any place inside the park or within walking distance to downtown Main Street. Overall we thank the host and their property for a pleasant stay and perfect location.

Loved the location-right next to harbor, Jordan’s breakfast and all the shops. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Would stay again.

Nice property in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay on Lion's Lane in Bar Harbor. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5 and you can't beat the location for exploring downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia.

This is the ideal place to stay while in Bar Harbor! It is right off the main streets of Bar Harbor so everything is walking distance. Our two families enjoyed the experience and planned to visit again! Daria, our host, was very accommodating and got back to us right away.We had our 11 month old sleep in the big room which was away from our family upstairs and it didn't bother anyone inside or outside. If you have young children bring toys, pack n play to sleep and a portable highchair. No baby supplies are supplied unless you rent them to have delivered to the house.There is more than enough room for the 6 people we had in both the kitchen and living room as well. Tons of kitchen supplies to cook with and use. The rooms were extremely clean and plenty of towels, washclothes, hand towels were in the upstairs linene closet, and being able to do laundry with all the supplies was a plus, especially having our baby.We can't recommend this house more! I am so glad we booked it so long ago because we totally understand why it's super popular! Until the next time!

Best Location!

We have stayed in Bar Harbor for several years, and you can’t beat this location! Everything you could want is nearby. Clean and comfortable, wonderful host.

Loved being centrally located, yet tucked away off of the Main Street. Having a bakery next door was awesome!
