Maximum number of guests at the house will be 7. There is an additional charge of $25 per person per day after 6 guests due to extra cleaning and use of linens and extra water.

We allow one, well behaved and trained dog under 15 pounds at the property. We ask that you pick up after your dog. There is an extra fee of $250 that is incurred due to extra allergy and sanitation cleaning.
