Our property also features a large pavilion on a tranquil pond, a few minutes' walk from the house, to savor a quiet night or a relaxing day fishing from the dock.

Bedrooms and Baths
• Primary Bedroom Suite (1st Floor, 1 King bed): With a private full bathroom and a sofa area to unwind, this suite captures the rustic farmhouse vibe and features a coffee bar to start the day right.
• Second Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): Feel the drama with the built-in shelving with decor to invite your curiosity.
• Third Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): A cozy and rustic bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (2nd Floor, 1 Queen bed and a trundle with 2 Twin beds): A snug and quiet hideaway, with a twin trundle for kids.
• Fifth Bedroom (2nd Floor, 2 Queen beds): A spacious room for guests who want a little more room.
• Sixth Bedroom (Basement, 2 Full beds): Two full beds for kids or adults with a mirror to check yourself out before you head out to the game room.
• Seventh Bedroom (Basement, 4 Full bunk beds): Perfect for kids, this room features ample beds for kids to have the time of their lives.

• Full Bathrooms: Stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extras like hair dryer, cotton swabs, floss picks, and more for your convenience.

• Main Living Room: Relax in the lounge area, perfect for catching up over coffee or an impromptu catch-up with a loved one after a hearty meal.
• Basement Lounge Area: Sprawl out on the couches in the basement lounge area while you enjoy a movie or conversations by the bar area.

The covered lounge area with seating for 8, a hammock and rocking chairs gives you the space you need to connect with nature.
• Outdoor Dining Patio with Grill Station: Cook out and serve your group from the deck, perfect for BBQ nights!
• Balcony with Rocking Chairs: Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and the sounds of birdsong.

Modern Amenities
• Two Fully Equipped Kitchens: Cook for a crowd with two full kitchens stocked with everything from a waffle maker and rice cooker to a blender, toaster, and air fryer.

Good to know:
• The last stretch to the house is a gravel road. Drive 15 mph and take it slow, especially at night and in bad weather. In winter, a 4x4 or all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended.
• The pond and pavilion are a few minutes' walk from the house. The pond is shared with one neighbor, so please stay on our side and don't cross the bridges.
• Internet is HughesNet satellite. It is fine for browsing and messages, and slows down when many devices stream at once.
• A car is needed here. Rideshare and food delivery to this address are not confirmed, so plan to pick up.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out.

Before arrival, every guest completes a short online check-in in our SuiteOp guest portal: a signed rental agreement and ID verification, to keep every stay safe and to confirm who is staying. A refundable security hold or an optional damage waiver is set up in your guest portal at online check-in. The portal also has house info and our favorite local spots. Questions?
