Second floor has a open fully functioning kitchen with large island counter with 4 bar stools. The dining room features a large table with seating for 6 guest. The living area has two three seater couches, one of which is a queen size pullout sofa. There is also a half bath and and private patio.

The third floor is the final two rooms. One room has two full-size beds with a full bath. The master is spacious. Two walk-in closets, king bed, and a beautiful master bath. Washer/dryer outside the master.

2106 St Mary's Layout -
Large, 3 story home with high end furniture. Fully stocked for a fully functioning home. Two car garage available for guest parking. First floor features 2 bedrooms with a full Jack and Jill bath for those not wanting to use the stairs. Queen beds

Second floor is the living area. Six seater dining room table. Island top with 4 bar stools. Living room consist of a 3-seater couch, multiple chairs and a 60 inch smart TV. Off the kitchen is a large Master featuring a king bed, walking in closet, large shower and beautiful tub. Half bath and access to patio.

Third floor features a Spacious loft with king bed, queen size pullout sofa and 55 inch TV.

The location is perfect for San Antonio. Walk to local bars on St Mary's street one block away and some of the top restaurants at the Pearl Brewery area. Check out the beautiful Hotel Emma. Access to the River walk at the Pearl Brewery and ride the boat down into the heart of the city in minutes.

There are many ways to get around the city. You can hop on a river boat taxi at the Hotel Emma one block from the house. Many people rent scooters around the city as well.

—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved by the owner. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival). Our pet rules are the following: the pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.

—The home should be returned in the condition it was received.
-Please take out all trash including leftover food and drinks. Do not put trash in the recycling.
