Parkview Bay 616

Lake of the Ozarks first floor lakefront condo with brand new vinyl plank flooring and a 55” Smart TV in living room. This condo is close to a boat slip, which is available to rent. Pet friendly upon approval. Free WIFI. Occupancy limit for this unit is 7.
 Condo 616 is a first-floor condo which provides the vacationer with a great lake atmosphere! Building 6 at Parkview Bay is very close to the lake and offers 3 lakefront swimming pools. One of these pools is located right between building 5 and 6 so it is very close to this condo. The other two pools are a mere sidewalk stroll away. The living room and master bedroom have sliding doors opening onto a lakefront deck. The deck includes table and chairs for enjoying a meal out on the deck, it is shaded most of the day which provides for a perfect morning coffee with the sun rise or enjoy sitting on the deck having an evening cocktail! Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck.
 The living room has a 55” Smart TV with a sound bar! All bedrooms have new Smart TVs.
 A full kitchen including seating for 6 and additional 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and smooth top range make this kitchen convenient for the vacationer!
 Bedrooms include a king in the master bedroom with adjoining master bathroom and a new Smart TV.
 The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a new Smart TV.
 The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin size day bed with a twin trundle pull out (That is a queen and two twins!) with a new Smart TV.  
 An extra-large washer and dryer are included in the condo. This condo has all the extras to make your vacation one to remember.
 Boat slips are close and available to rent at $35 per night.
Newer furniture and brand-new vinyl plank flooring make this condo very inviting and comfortable for a fantastic vacation!
Owner says this condo is pet friendly with some restrictions. Please provide breed and age of pet on inquiries for approval on bringing a pet. We do ask no pets on furniture or beds and kennel if alone in the condo. $125 pet fee will apply. Thank you

The pool was closed due to the time of year. Our pup enjoyed her walks, which was very easy to access. The condo was very clean and very nice. Any issues we may have had were resolved by the property mgmt (Donna) who was very helpful.

Great memories made!

This condo is such a great location to all the beat spots at the lake. Located in a quiet cove, and its our favorite place so far. Ground level means minimal steps, which is such a rare find & much appreciated when coming & going through the week. The complex has 3 awesome pools to choose from, is peaceful & the bed was more comfortable than ours at home! Donna is super friendly & most accommodating.

Very clean and good location

Clean, fully stocked

The condo had a lot of space for our family of 4 and our dog. It was well stocked so easy to cook many meals, plenty of bedding, towels, etc.

Great Family Weekend

Donna’s place was the perfect spot for our family weekend in the Ozarks! We comfortably fit 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) and my mom loved being able to bring her little dog as well. Donna was very communicative and helpful. Great location close to the state park coves. Would definitely stay here again!

Summer’s last ride

Decided last minute for a quick one night getaway before we winterized the boat. The condo was great! Very clean and great location. Our boat slip was visible from the back deck of the condo and just a short walk, so easy to carry coolers and supplies to and from the boat. Will definitely stay here again!

Better than advertised

It was all we could ask for. Cleaner than anything we have ever rented. View was amazing. Best location on the lake in my opinion, very close to shopping a d restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Family Vay-Cay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Park View Bay this summer. My family of 5, plus my Dad and brother. Condo was clean, spacious, and welcoming. The pool is close walking distance. Get away

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Would recommend to others for a nice time. Location was on spot and convenient. My only concern was anytime we cooked the smoke alarms would go off. There was no reason for it, not smoky or anything that would been alarming. Otherwise great place.

Exceptional!

This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks, but it won't be our last! This condo was very clean and in a great location. After unpacking, we noticed one of the toilets wasn't working. We called property management at 930 pm. It was fixed by 900 am the next morning.

616 Parkview Bay

Location was excellent. The furnishings very good, with comfortable beds. My only complaint was the cleaning of the condo before our arrival was very poor. There was leftover food in the oven from previous guests. Dishes were dirty and put away in the cupboards.. One bed in children's room had dirty sheets that had not been changed. Floors were poorly cleaned with dust balls in every room that stuck to our socks. If I were the owners I would fire the cleaning crew, or supervise more closely. Everything else was satisfactory and worked well.

Hi Lily, thank you for letting me know about the condo not being thoroughly cleaned. I am so very sorry. I will speak with our cleaning company owner to figure out what happened with this clean. Our cleaning company has been with us for 10 years and we have never had a complaint like this so I am not sure what happened. I know they have a couple new employees so perhaps it could have been one of the new ones, not sure but the company will definitely look into it. You stayed 7 nights and I sure wish you would have contacted me when you first arrived, I definitely would have met with our cleaning company there to make sure the condo got thoroughly cleaned. Condo was dirty, expensive, lacks accommodations

The condo itself is very nice except it was dirty. The rugs in both bathrooms were full of pet hair human hair. The tubs were not clean there were not sufficient towels left out. The towels were very dingy looking. The living room also had pet hair. There was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms, and no toilet paper left out to replenish. When you check in you have to turn on some breakers for the hot water and you have to turn on the water on, the air conditioning was at 80°, so it was very hot in there while you’re unpacking. There are not enough amenities in this property to cost as much as it did. You have to put your trash in the dumpster which is too far to walk so you have to put the trash in your car and drive it to the dumpster.

Hi Mary, I’m sorry you did not have a good stay however I would like to address your comments and hope this will help. The condo had been professionally cleaned however when you arrived you called me saying the bathroom rug in master bath had pet hair on it, I agreed that was not acceptable by our cleaning standards that I would speak with the cleaning co and have them come over and remove the rugs to launder. You asked I do not do that, you just rolled the rug up. Then a little later you called saying not enough bath towels, saying 3 in master and 6 in guest bathroom. That is 9 towels for 5 guest staying 2 nights but I gave you access to get in closet to get additional towels. Then you text back saying you took extra pillows from closet too because you didn’t like what was provided on the beds. Another call the next day saying you were out of hot water, I explained per the guest info sheet that was sent to you with check in procedures it explains you have to turn water on and flip the hot water breakers on the circuit breaker box. You had not done that so you ran out of hot water. While on the phone I talked you thru it and I thought all is good now. Then you sent me a picture after your departure saying you found more pet hairs on the table and towels were yellowed, I had cleaning co check the towels at your departure and did not find any stained or discolored towels. I am sorry that you felt the unit was unclean but please know it was thoroughly and professionally cleaned. With it being a Pet Friendly condo and advertised as Pet Friendly yes there might be some lingering pet hairs however if that is the case like when you arrived I wanted to send cleaning to the condo but you preferred me not to. For the trash, yes guests are responsible for throwing away their own trash but since you chose not to our cleaning co did it for you when they arrived and found the trash. Again I am sorry for your disappointment in staying in our condo, we have never had a complaint on this unit but we do take all complaints in consideration and try to always make improvements. Fantastic Lake condo

We rented this condo for a family trip and we couldn’t be more pleased! The unit was just as described and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed time at the pool, playing games inside and relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake. I highly recommend this property!

Nice New Years Stay

We were super thankful to find a pet friendly stay on short notice. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 4. The large covered deck was lovely. Well equipped.

As Owner of 6 Star Management, vacation condo rentals at the Lake of the Ozarks, my number one priority is to make your vacation the most memorable one ever. We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 616 at Parkview bay has many extras which include a large deck, new carpet and updated all furnishings and bedding.

Parkview Bay is a well maintained property that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
