• Windsor Hills quiet hours after 10pm
• Guest must be 25+ in age to book this property
• There is no United States Postal Service to this address
• Travel insurance is recommended for all guests. Hurricane season is June 1st-November 30th. Refunds will default to online booking website policy.


* Safety & Prohibited Items
• No firearms, weapons, or illegal substances allowed on the property at any time.

* Respect for Our Themed Spaces
• We love creating a magical experience with our themed rooms—please help us keep them that way!
• Be gentle with décor, props, and themed items.

* Child Safety
• Children must always be supervised, especially around hot appliances such as the coffee maker, toaster, and waffle maker. These surfaces can get very hot — please ensure little hands stay safe.

* Pets
• No pets allowed. We love furry friends, but the property is not pet-friendly due to allergies.

* Smoking
• No smoking or vaping

* Security & Policies
• There is one Ring doorbell video camera on the front door pointing at the driveway
• A rental agreement must be signed

* Splash Pool Rules
• No glass near the pool area.
• Children must be supervised at all times in and around the water.

Please note that we are in no way affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. Windsor Hills is a 24/7 Security Guard gated community resort located just miles away from Walt Disney World. It is the closest vacation resort community to Disney and has close proximity to other popular attractions in the area.

* Driver's License is used to register house guests into the Windsor Hills Security Gate system. When arriving at the gate at Windsor Hills, guests must present the same Driver's License and it must match the name on the reservation. If there are multiple vehicles, each car must be registered seperately and have their own gate pass.

* Please visit the Welcome Center at the main Clubhouse to obtain your wristbands for access to amenities! Open 8AM-10PM ** Please note that there are a maximum of 8 wristbands per townhome**
