Located in the ultra-desirable neighborhood of Greenway Park in the area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach nestled between the neighboring towns of Seacrest and Seaside and WaterColor (2 miles to the west on 30A), this magnificent vacation home features sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests, with plenty of space to spread out and make yourselves at home!
'Three Little Birds' has 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and is loaded with amenities making for the perfect beach getaway!

-COMPLIMENTARY use of 6-seater street legal LSV is included with your stay- 4 bikes for cruising

Specifically, the first floor has an open kitchen and living room that features plenty of comfortable seating including an eat-in kitchen island with 3 bar stools, a separate dining area that seats 6, and a convenient powder bathroom. Additionally there is one master bedroom on the first floor with a king bed and also a full private en suite bathroom with shower and access to the private screened-in back porch complete with TV for relaxing for a movie night or the big game!
The second floor hosts the primary master bedroom suite, featuring a king bed and a private en suite bathroom with glass shower and double vanities, and also has access to another private screened in porch. There is also a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin beds and one queen bed which uses the corresponding hall bathroom along with the fourth bedroom with queen bed.

FIRST FLOOR
-Primary Master Bedroom - King bed with en suite bathroom with glass shower
SECOND FLOOR
-Second Master Bedroom - King bed with en suite bathroom with dual vanities, large glass shower, and access to the private screened in porch
-Queen Bedroom - Queen bed that shares the hall bathroom with shower/tub combination
-Queen + Bunk Room - Queen bed and also twin-over-twin bunk beds that share the hall bathroom with shower/tub combination
Air mattress can be provided to accommodate up to 12 sleeping upon request.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the community pool (located two houses down) as outlined in the listing. The driveway can accommodate up to 3 cars in addition to the LSV. No street parking is permitted at any time.
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Any bushes / foliage on the property driven over by cars and/or the LSV will be charged to renters.
-Pool heating can be requested for a cost of $40 per day ($60 per day from January 1 to February 28). A minimum of 4 days of heating beginning on a Monday or Friday is required as those are the only days the community has pool service in the winter months. You are required to give us a week's advance notice if you want the community pool heated so we can coordinate.
-The pool is heated at no additional charge on the following dates by the neighborhood:
- November 28 - December 3
- December 20 - January 7
- March 7 - March 25
-Detached shed on exterior of home is not for renters' use. There is construction on all of 30A and around the neighborhood, and unfortunately we cannot do anything about this. Beach towels and toys are not allowed to be left on the front porches of homes in this neighborhood.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
