The fully integrated kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate group meal preparation, highlighting stainless steel appliances, a modern air fryer, dual Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a complete set of quality pots, pans, and dinnerware. Enjoy group meals together at the 6-seat dining table or the 2-seat breakfast bar counter.

Things to Know Before Booking:

☆ Age & Presence: The primary booking guest must be 21 years of age or older and must remain present at the residence for the entirety of the reservation.
☆ No Parties: This home is intended for relaxing vacations. No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
☆ Quiet Hours: To maintain excellent neighborhood relations, local quiet hours are strictly observed every night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
☆ Strict No-Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed in the interior or anywhere on the property. Guests will incur a $200 fee for smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes on the premises.
☆ Toiletries: We ask that guests bring along their personal care hygiene products, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.
☆ What's Included: Towels, linens, and basic kitchenware are provided. We also provide a complimentary starter pack with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.
☆ Safety & Security: For guest safety and property security, the home has three exterior-only cameras (a doorbell at the front entrance, one overlooking the front balcony, and one covering the backyard oasis). A noise monitor tracks decibel sound levels but does NOT record audio. Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems is strictly prohibited and carries a penalty fee.
☆ Layout: The property features a two-story layout, and stairs are required to access all bedrooms located on the upper level.
☆ Fees: The standard cleaning fee is $200.

☆ PETS ☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs each) at our home with an added pet fee of $25 per pet per day. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send us a message!

Just a few important pet notes:
- You are expected to clean up after your pet both inside the house and out in the yard.
- We have a small dog bed at the house available for you, but we ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lie on if your pet prefers that.
- Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture, beds, couches, blankets, or sheets. An additional deep-cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check-out.
- If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional penalties and fees.

We now offer optional premium add-ons like early check-in fees (subject to availability), birthday packages, romance packages, and pre-arrival fridge stocking. Message us if you'd like to include any of these to elevate your stay!

Guest access
Guests enjoy full, exclusive access to the entire townhome and property, including high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the interior.

Two (2) reserved, dedicated parking spaces are situated directly in front of the home for your convenience.

Entry is completely seamless via a secure digital keypad at the front door. Your unique access code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival and is automatically deactivated after your checkout.

The community pool key fob is located in the kitchen drawer. Please return the key fob to the drawer prior to your departure. Guests will be charged a $50 replacement fee for any lost pool key fobs.

The property is easily accessible via standard GPS navigation. Please treat the space with care, for this is our home away from home, and we want you to feel that same comfort during your stay! We strive to remove all friction from your travel experience so you can focus entirely on enjoying your beach vacation
