That is certainly not up to our usual standards, and we sincerely apologize for those oversights during your stay. We have shared your comments directly with our housekeeping lead to ensure shower inspections are thorough, dispatched our pest control technician for a preventative treatment, and had our maintenance team address the downstairs shower temperature control.Regarding amenity options, heating features (like pool/hot tub heat) and optional add-ons like golf carts are handled as optional add-on fees so guests only pay for what they choose to use, but we appreciate your feedback on how this is communicated. Florida heat and heavy sunscreen use can occasionally throw pool chemistry off quickly, but we are glad our maintenance team was able to arrive within the hour of your call to treat the water and get it clear and ready for swimming again the following day. Your practical advice is also greatly appreciated. We provide an initial starter kit of household essentials—including toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps—to get everyone settled on arrival day, but we always encourage larger groups to pick up extra supplies for longer stays. Your note about high shelving and reachability is also super helpful; we will look into adding a handy step stool to the pantry or laundry area so that upper cabinets are easily accessible for everyone, no matter their height!
