Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed by an exquisitely designed coastal home, offering unmatched ocean views from every room. Built in 2025, this modern masterpiece blends contemporary comfort with timeless coastal charm, all set against a breathtaking panoramic horizon.
The chef’s kitchen features dual oversized islands for effortless entertaining, a six-burner gas range with double ovens, and an oversized refrigerator for maximum storage and convenience.
This expansive 5,250 SF beach front home generously accommodates up to 30 guests, offering five private bedrooms and two spacious bunk-rooms:

1 Queen Bed
9 Full-Size Beds (sleeping up to 18 adults or children)
Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with luxurious cotton bedding, beautiful coastal décor, and a private en-suite bathroom. In total, the home includes 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, featuring 3 tubs and 4 showers for ultimate comfort.
Step out onto the private decks from your bedroom to enjoy sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the bay — the perfect start and end to your day.
For entertainment and relaxation, the game room offers a bar and mini-fridge, while Smart TVs in every private bedroom provide cozy evenings in.
The property also offers ample driveway space, comfortably accommodating 10–12 vehicles. On the ground level, you’ll find a half bath and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Elevator coming Dec, 23rd, 2025.
