▪️ The maximum number of guests this property allows is 12. While we don't charge based on the number of guests, we only provide wristbands for 8 people. For groups exceeding 8 guests, additional wristbands are required at $10 per extra person.

▪️ This property is strictly 25+. To comply with HOA rules and protect the property, we may request a valid government-issued ID for age verification prior to approval of the booking.
▪️ Guests must complete a required HOA form at least 3 days prior to arrival. The form collects basic information such as arrival/departure dates and vehicle details (including license plates). Completion of this form is required to access amenities such as parking and trash facilities. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, subject to HOA approval.
▪️ No smoking/vaping (including hookah) inside the house

✔️ Limit soaks to 15 minutes, cool off before re-entry
