THE VILLA


You’ll have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 WC, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a private pool, sea-view balconies, Wi-Fi, full AC and parking for 6 cars , all yours, no shared spaces.

We’re here if you need restaurant tips, boat trips, transfers or anything else. Cleaning every 3 days is included, so you actually get to relax.

This is the kind of place where kids splash in the pool, friends gather around the BBQ, and sunsets automatically become the evening plan.

The whole villa is yours , no shared spaces, no other guests, no surprises.

You’ll have private access to:

• The entire 3-level house
• The pool (24 m² - 1.775 sq ft ) & sun terrace
• All balconies + outdoor dining area
• BBQ & outdoor lounge spots
• Parking area (fits up to 6 cars)
• Both fully equipped kitchens
• Fast Wi-Fi + AC in every room and at the pool but bring your books as well.

We don’t live on site, so you can live like locals, not like guests being supervised.

But we’re close enough to:

✔ rescue you if the coffee machine wins the fight
✔ help book a boat, a car, a table, or a last-minute birthday cake
✔ answer the classic “where do locals eat?” question

Wake up slowly, jump in the pool, wander down to Plaka Beach for a morning swim, and pretend you live here. Because for a little while… you do.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

• Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00 and 15:00–17:30

• Sorry, no pets the villa isn’t pet-ready yet

• No parties or loud events we love good vibes, not noise complaints

• Cleaning & linen refresh every 3 days is included (so no, you don’t have to wash towels on holiday)

• Pool is not heated but it’s Greece, the sun does the job

• The walk to the beach is a natural path flip-flop friendly.

• We can arrange: car rental, boat trips, private transfers, sunset cruises, kite lessons, hiking routes, restaurant bookings, and even groceries waiting in the fridge when you arrive

• Early check-in or late check-out depends on bookings, but we always try to help

• Tap water is not for drinking we provide bottled water to start you off

• If you're celebrating something (birthday, honeymoon, etc.), let us know we love surprises
