This well-kept house offers lovely water views from the sunroom and plenty of natural light throughout. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning in the sunroom or spending time outdoors around the fire pit, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy time with family or friends.

The home features a full kitchen with the essentials you need, including a refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, and drip coffee maker. The eat-in dining area has a small table with seating for four, perfect for a quick bite or casual meal. In the living room, there’s a comfortable sofa and a smart TV where you can log into your own streaming accounts if you'd like to catch up on a favorite show or movie.

One of the nicest areas in the house is the sunroom, where you can relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy views of the nearby water. It’s a quiet space that many guests have found to be their favorite. The home has two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the second with a twin bed and a twin trundle that pulls out, providing space to sleep two more guests comfortably. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there’s also an outdoor shower that’s great after a trip to the beach.

Outside, you’ll find a pleasant yard with Adirondack chairs, a hammock, a picnic table, and a gas grill. It’s a nice space to enjoy a meal or sit under the stars. The house is all on one level with only one step to enter, making it a convenient choice for guests of all ages. There’s central air conditioning for warm summer days and parking available for two cars.

The location makes it easy to explore Eastham and beyond. In just a short drive, you can reach bay and ocean-side beaches, walking trails, and the Cape Cod National Seashore. Nearby there are playgrounds, mini golf, local restaurants, small shops, a drive-in movie theater, and plenty of outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, birdwatching, fishing, and surfing. Whale watching tours leave from nearby towns, and there are places to enjoy both saltwater and freshwater beaches. It’s a great spot for those who enjoy simple pleasures, coastal beauty, and the relaxed pace of the Cape.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
