Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly townhouse designed for easy days on the mountain and relaxed evenings at home. With three bedrooms, a loft, and an ensuite primary bedroom, the home sleeps up to 10 across multiple levels.
The main living areas offer space to gather, play board games, and stream your favorites on smart TVs (in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 3). The full kitchen is equipped with cookware, bakeware, and utensils to handle meals in, and the adjacent dining area makes it simple to sit down together. Step outside to enjoy fresh alpine air on the outdoor seating. Stay connected with WiFi and get a little work done at the laptop-friendly workspace when needed. Private laundry is available during your stay.

(NO STREET PARKING on Tyroll lane anywhere). Overflow parking is available out on Lake Mary, and there is a foot path. AWD/4x4 may be required during winter months.
• Stairs: This is a multi-level townhouse with sleeping spaces on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors; stairs are required.
• WiFi: Provided; however, due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Laundry: Private washer and dryer available during your stay.
• Kitchen: Cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided.
• Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of pets is found, additional cleaning fees may apply
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
